Don't be fooled by the display of awards at the Deslaurier show room, I can promise you that your kitchen will be far from looking like an award winning kitchen, unless you're ready to put up a good fight for it. Although the design process was relatively smooth and the selections are good, the delivery and installation was very sloppy and quite frankly looked like it was installed by amateurs. Multiple flaws such crooked doors and hardware, damaged parts that never should have passed quality inspection, etc. After-sales customer service communication is beyond horrible, so unless you have the time and energy to invest in supervising the work yourself, in endless phone calls and emails, I would looks elsewhere
