AMAZING service, and flower arrangement. A week later, my flowers are still blooming and smell absolutely amazing. A+++

Horrible company!!!!! I m extremely upset! I ordered off of a flower website online a few days ago for same day service. I paid extra. Flowers were not delivered until 3 days later. The arrangement that was delivered was awful and nothing like I ordered. I called the company asking for a refund because this florist got it completely wrong. Well, a few hrs later this company went to my friends house and asked for the flowers back!!! Who does that!? They messed up, and they still had the gal to go to my friends house and ask for them back!? Horrible customer service! She was grieving and you guys took that little bit of happiness away! How could you! You cannot even justify this! I have photos of what should have been delivered and what was delivered. I never clicked substitutes either! I called for days and NOBODY ever answers the phone!

Ordered flower for a person that her dad pass away wrote message to be put on card and there was no card in flowers . When I put address for delivery nothing in there says says how far away I get a call saying we dont deliver that far away this will be the be the last time I get flowers from here

I'm trying to call this shop still i live out of state and wanted to have an arrangement done for my grandpa's funeral. I ordered online and didn't notice that the date filled in wrong. I've tried calling the shop all day, no answer and voice mail is full. If I was in the state I would just drive down there but I'm not. All my family are not in a position to go to the shop for me and friends are working and won't make it in time before they close. This issue was on the website first and was made worse by the shop not answering the phone. Just got off the phone with the shop. The lady asked what do you want us to do? I asked what could she do? She said they could deliver to my grandparents house. She started talking about how I had put in for the 16th and had ordered on the 14th at 9 something at night. I told her that someone should look into the website because I was having issues with it. She said no one had had issues with it. I told her it starts with one person... argument starts then she says she will just do the refund... and make a comment that she will have someone look into the site. I get even more upset, I tell her that's what she should have said in the first place. That she would look into the site and taken the new address to send it to. This place seems to like to be "right" more than taking constructive criticism and having happy customers. 0 out of 10 will never recommend. Sorry if this post was a little hard to read... I'm shaking I'm so upset . Whatever you do please don't go here!!

I ve used Designs By Diana & Co. and they provide an excellent service and the flowers are beautiful. They go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction.

I ordered two bouquets for mother's day. One was sent to my mother in law and the other was sent to my mom. They were not the bouquets I had ordered nor were they the deluxe versions I paid extra for. Both bouquets had murky water and wilted flowers. My mother in laws bouquet was dropped off at her garage door, not the front porch. My mother in laws bouquet was supposed to be all pink and it came with orange flowers which she doesn't like orange. I was embarrassed and disappointed by the bouquets that were delivered. My mother in law contacted the owner, and they delivered another bouquet after my mother in law said not to. Don't think ill be using them again.

I ordered an arrangement for my dear friends funeral. The flowers were to be delivered before the viewing. They weren't there. So disappointed. Will never use them again.

Thank you to Ray for delivering my Valentine's flowers tonight (Feb 14), even though my address wasn't on Google Maps and I'd missed his call. Really really appreciate it!

They closed an hour early. Or at least locked their doors an hour before they close. I got my anniversary flowers done at bayberries, a much better shop.

Diana did a beautiful job on my Mother s funeral flowers. Showed us pictures before, to see if we liked them or not. Very thoughtful.

For getting the deal of the day at $50, it totally wasn't worth it. Poor quality from the picture my mother sent me. Very unsatisfied.

My husband has been buying me flowers from Dianna's for almost 4 years... I have never been disappointed they are always the most beautiful flowers and last a very long time! You can tell they put time into every arrangement!

My husband had roses delivered to me today from here. They were absolutely gorgeous and the arrangement was done perfect. I love them!! He told me what he paid, what a deal for fresh delivered flowers! I can't believe you delivered all the way to Boise either. Thank you! I would recommend you to friends and family.

The flowers were pretty and delivered on time. I was a bit frustrated when I tried to call the shop and no one picked up (multiple attempts during business hours) and the mailbox was full. I had also made a small request in the comments that was not honored nor acknowledged, I would have understood if they couldn't add the single stem I requested but a response would have been appreciated. Pretty "meh" experience overall.

My daughter ordered flowers from Alaska online and Designs by Diana received the order. They did a beautiful job on the arrangement. Thanks so much!

I called Designs by Diana & Company, and asked to have a arrangement delivered to my sister in law. It was beautiful!! My sister in law is always pleased with her bouquets and raves and raves over them each time. We have used them many times, and always recommend this shop to our friends in the area as well. They always go above and beyond and will try to do things also at the last minute for us as well. I feel they are the best in the valley!! You recently delivered flowers to my wife while in the hospital. Out of all the flowers she recieved from multiple areas they were by far the very best. Best arrangement, quality, and smell. Thank you for light up my wife's day!

I gave them a general idea of color and shape and it turned out beautiful. They even sent me pic since it would be delivered to my dad and I wouldn't get to see it. They were very easy to work with.

I received a flower arrangement from my husband that was delivered to my work. It is so beautiful and everyone has been coming up to my desk and complimenting it and my wonderful husband! I feel so special and a note from my husband was even included as well. The flowers are bright and beautiful!

We ordered a heart shaped arrangement (to stand on easel) for my dear mother-in-law's funeral. We looked at pictures and showed Diana about what we wanted, but we wanted all shades of purple and lilac with a couple of additions to what we saw in the picture. She told us it would be beautiful and she was absolutely correct. It was truly the prettiest arrangement I have ever seen. Best Flower Shop I've been to, as far as, attention to detail and customer service. I live clear in Fruitland, Idaho and travel 30 minutes because this shop is that good.

Stopped by to pick up flowers on my way to lunch to surprise my girlfriend. They hurried to put a bouquet together so I wouldn t be late. My girlfriend was thrilled with them. Thank you for knowing just what she would like. I will definitely be back. Thank you. I would attach a picture if I knew how to.

I called Designs by Diana two days before Valentine's day to deliver a birthday gift to my granddaughter. Though they must have been swamped, they made great suggestions and put together a wonderful gift and had it to her later that afternoon - and it was very affordable! I will definitely use them every time I need flowers or a gift for my family in the area.

Just cannot tell who they are from!! And its driving me crazy!! Shop is closed. I want to know who to thank!! There was a partial note but didn't say who sent them
