Horrible company!!!!! I m extremely upset! I ordered off of a flower website online a few days ago for same day service. I paid extra. Flowers were not delivered until 3 days later. The arrangement that was delivered was awful and nothing like I ordered. I called the company asking for a refund because this florist got it completely wrong. Well, a few hrs later this company went to my friends house and asked for the flowers back!!! Who does that!? They messed up, and they still had the gal to go to my friends house and ask for them back!? Horrible customer service! She was grieving and you guys took that little bit of happiness away! How could you! You cannot even justify this! I have photos of what should have been delivered and what was delivered. I never clicked substitutes either! I called for days and NOBODY ever answers the phone!
