I'm trying to call this shop still i live out of state and wanted to have an arrangement done for my grandpa's funeral. I ordered online and didn't notice that the date filled in wrong. I've tried calling the shop all day, no answer and voice mail is full. If I was in the state I would just drive down there but I'm not. All my family are not in a position to go to the shop for me and friends are working and won't make it in time before they close. This issue was on the website first and was made worse by the shop not answering the phone. Just got off the phone with the shop. The lady asked what do you want us to do? I asked what could she do? She said they could deliver to my grandparents house. She started talking about how I had put in for the 16th and had ordered on the 14th at 9 something at night. I told her that someone should look into the website because I was having issues with it. She said no one had had issues with it. I told her it starts with one person... argument starts then she says she will just do the refund... and make a comment that she will have someone look into the site. I get even more upset, I tell her that's what she should have said in the first place. That she would look into the site and taken the new address to send it to. This place seems to like to be "right" more than taking constructive criticism and having happy customers. 0 out of 10 will never recommend. Sorry if this post was a little hard to read... I'm shaking I'm so upset . Whatever you do please don't go here!!
