As an employee in DM, i really enjoy making the product which helps to clear the concepts. I have a good team where everyone enjoys their work and are very creative. We try to make difficult topics simple so that a child can understand and remember the concept without mugging it up!!
Incompatible with most platforms with lot of issues in smooth usage. Lengthy and complicated installation process which requires giving access of your device remotely which most people are not comfortable with. Complaints keep pouring in from literally all the countries that they attempt selling this less than mediocre software. Too expensive compared to the its use. No customer service or after sales service. Even the employees have not been paid for years now and being treated with utter disrespect.
I went for the interview..but I waited for ages..And lastly they informed me that We don't have any vacancy for which post you applied and they asked for me about another post. Poor interaction skills of employees

One of my relative is working here in this company and the company had not paid salary to my nephew and many other employees from last 6 months. Very bad thing from owner of the company. I should prefer to file a case on this type of companies. It seems to me that they taking advantage of differently abled people and not giving salary to their employees who are not that much competent to work at other place. Government is giving special place to differently abled people but this company is taking advantage of the same so, this issue should be addressed to Labour Ministry, Registrar of Companies and to the government and Chief Minister of Gujarat.
Nice place... Culture is very good... I have seen there that mostly handicap persons are there it's too good that i liked most...
