Incompatible with most platforms with lot of issues in smooth usage. Lengthy and complicated installation process which requires giving access of your device remotely which most people are not comfortable with. Complaints keep pouring in from literally all the countries that they attempt selling this less than mediocre software. Too expensive compared to the its use. No customer service or after sales service. Even the employees have not been paid for years now and being treated with utter disrespect.
