Just a very nice hotel with good location. Would definitely recommend it. Very clean and welcoming. Staff is very friendly. Lots of restaurants nearby, but you don't need them.

Lovely place to spend the night after our wedding. Calm outside of San Francisco but close enough to enjoy the city lights.
I had a wonderful stay at the Sausalito hotel. It is by the bay and a small walk to nearby restaurants. The bed was comfy and the room is clean. The only issue was a small tv which was okay since i spent most of my time enjoying the area.
We had booked a room with Quinsize bed, but the air conditioning was defective. We asked for another room for the second night (so sweating but the first night) and we were then given a King-size room at the front for no extra charge. Excellent service and very nice and clean hotel. Also very friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was not that good. You had to tear the croissants with your teeth and you couldn't drink the coffee. Great hotel to visit SF, you can park your car at the hotel ($ 20 / day) and simply take the ferry (docking in front of the hotel) to Pier 41.
Very nice hotel located right next to the ferry terminal and in the middle of Sausalito. Room was great and staff very friendly. Would stay here again.
Arrived early and received a very unfriendly, how can I help you from a guy peering over a balcony. He then informed us that we could not check in till 3:00 pm, but offered to store our luggage. We then sat a coffee shop next door and observed another couple arrive at 2:45 pm and check-in. After approaching the attendant and asked about the check-in time, she seemed confused. We stayed there the night of the power outage, and the hotel did not seem prepared for the event, but we received a battery-powered lamp. After spending the night with no power, no hot water, we checked out and headed to San Francisco. This hotel is in a great spot, but there seems to be an atmosphere of not caring and confusion. The rooms are also small, and the decor needs some refreshing, The bathroom was excellent, and the bed was comfortable. The following morning, we were greeted by a very nice gentleman who done his utmost to help us, and even offered to find a place to get a coffee (power still out), and also offered us as much time as needed to determine our next steps.
Nice corner room. Great views of park and waterfront.
The staff here is amazing! Really appreciate the thoughtful and kind people who work here.
This Hotel is old and not well kept. The rooms were small and quite musty! Alot of the rooms have no working television. Also this hotel is close to the street and you can hear alot of traffic and pedestrian noise.I would not recommend this place or stay here again!!
The room was NOT BIG ENOUGH !!!the air conditioner didnt work..parking is $20 a nite in city parking across the street..i love saisalito and was thrilled to get a vacation here...so dissappointed..it was not as good as motel 6.. I rwcommend a single stay here. And the tv is so small..and at the side of bed so i got a neck ache..in a armoire. So doors take up too much room.etc..only pastry and coffee free but you can trade for banana and orange.
The room was lovely. The hotel was next to the water. The staff was very friendly. The coffee and pastry was delightful. We will definitely return.
Park in the paid lot next to the hotel. The clerk will give you a pass to put on your dash.
The rooms were nice and the water was hot and we could see the Bay. It was close to restaurants and shopping and when we showed up on bicycles they found is a secure place to store them. My only suggestion is they should have a less makeshift bike storage solution.
Great pick for our 20th anniversary. Cozy, quant, very clean rooms with stylish French decor. Perfectly located near several cafes, bars and shops made everything within walking distance. The staff was amazingly friendly even giving us a room upgrade saying to us congratulation on 20 years. 5 stars from beginning to end!!
It's very cute and is conveniently located in walking distance to shops and restaurants. It has all the basic amenities you would need such as towels, soap, and shower caps. The room was very clean, however very small. The bathroom, on the other hand, was quite spacious. It even bad a sunroof. The staff was friendly and informative and I would say overall I enjoyed my stay. My only complaint would be how small the room and entry ways are, but overall very comfortable and cute. Has a very old town vibe. The pictures are after our stay because I forgot to take before photos.
Lovely room and friendly staff. Location is perfect!
Poor maintenance. No room service. But beautiful location.
Awesome place right on the water central location awesome food in all directions, super classy and the interior decor may be dated to some but it s just super classy! Not sure when I ll be back in the area but when I come back I ll be staying here. Staff was super cool too. Younger guy with great local recommendations on food and attractions.
Lovely charming old building. I had a Deluxe King Room with our windows overlooking the bay water. The room was much bigger than I was expecting, and very nicely renovated. Very reasonably priced compared to other nearby hotels too - keep in mind the parking across the road is $20 per day (charged on room) - would definitely recommend this place and stay here again!
The room won't blow you away and the price struggles to align with that but it was getting late and there are way less hotel options than you would think in Sausy. Our window looked out onto a bit of the bay so a nice wake up view
Great location. Lovely rooms I would thoroughly recommend staying here
We had a lovely partial view of the bay. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The bed was ridiculously comfortable but the room itself was definitely in the small side. The AC unit was also a little tricky to figure out. But all in all a great place to spend the night and see Sausalito.
Took the booking and funds, when I got there they were closed. Called the number and said the were only taking covid displaced people. Then why did they take the funds and accept the reservation???
Small rooms. Smaller TV's. Good location. Quaint setting. Clean condition
All lovey Sausalito excellent view
San Francisco Bay ....... A perfect choice
Was there a week ago, stayed for 4 days, nice hotel friendly staff great location. Comfortable beds. Would stay there again.
Mice small but cozy rooms, clean, would have been 5 stars if the tv were bigger and worked. O fixed it myself after 5 days of no repair...and it only worked that 1 night
Pros: Very quaint and warm hotel with a terrific location right next to the bay. Nice friendly and helpful staff.
Cons: Rooms haven't been renovated in a while. Very small TV, no refrigerator.
Everything everybody was absolutely perfect (Everything)
It is charming and well located but unfortunately really noisy in the morning with trucks early and staff a bit later. Too bad. Really a lovely little boutique hotel.
A small room but very clean and very hospitable staff. Great location!
Great view, pretty, clean, quaint. Taking away a star because we has to pay to park, and also because the walls are easy to hear through.
Very nice staff, not too expensive. Rooms were a little dated but fine for the price and location.
Convenient to downtown Sausalito. Room was fine, but small. Breakfast provided at cafe next door
Really nice hotel. Charming, clean, comfortable and well appointed. Plus, right downtown, close to restaurants, shopping and, of course, the ferry. Yay.
Older building but very updated. The staff was very friendly the rooms were clean and very comfortable. Very Central to the ferry and the central strip on Sausalito.
Beautiful hotel in great location. The rooms are small, but delightful decor. Staff are very friendly and helpful.
This cozy family hotel is located in the center of the town's foyer and right by the water. Breakfast is served in a restaurant nearby. Nothing.
The hotel location is great. Out room was probably the smallest room we've stayed in, but we didn't need much. Our view wasn't good, but we weren't here to stay inside. Front desk staff was nice and really enjoyed the coffee shop next door with the complimentary coffee and pastry.
Nice rooms and friendly staff. The hotel is in walking distance of many shops and restaurants.
This place saved our butts when our hotel reservations in downtown SF fell through....
Great location and beautiful view of the ocean from our room. The ferry is right outside.
