Wonderful people, sincere, friendly, and a pleasure to do business with. I also referred my parents to the for a pre-purchase inspection, and the crew was wonderful!

I did not have a car repair shop here in Pensacola and asked for recommendations on Next Door. Many people recommended Nevels as being honest, reliable, knowledgeable, professional and reasonably priced. I gave a call and spoke with Hugh and he was very accommodating. I brought my car in the next morning to have them run diagnostics to determine what was wrong. I was quite worried it was the transmission. I got a call back and they had found what the problem was (not the transmission) and gave me an estimate. There was another thing they found which was not a surprise to me and they quoted a price on that too. I asked them to price out a new resistor for my a/c fan. I had gotten an estimate from where I get my oil changed quite a while ago. They came in within a few dollars of each other. I felt the material and labor prices were all reasonable. They explained exactly what was wrong with the car and what would be needed to repair it. They were able to work on my car that day and did all of the work and were done an hour before they estimated. Jeff did an outstanding job and my car is driving better now than it has in ages. Both of these gentlemen were very professional, knowledgeable and kind. I am very happy to know that I have a trustworthy car repair shop for any future repairs my car may need. I highly recommend them.

Hugh and Jeff were outstanding. Out of town on vacation and treated us more then fair. Highly recommend this shop. Didn't take advantage of us easily could of charged us double what we paid.

I was recommended this shop by an auto parts store guy. They have been in business 30 years. The do honest work for honest pay. I will definitely be taking all my vechiles here instead of the dealership from now on!

Nothing but help even gave me a ride home and picked me up. As far as cost it was inline with or less than any place in town.

Brought my car here with one problem and they created three major problems. My front end was damaged, and my rear view mirror was pulled down! The owner's daughter "Michele" tried to overcharge me, and cursed me out before hanging up on me. ( I dare her to act this way in front of my face) She is really the reason this business will fail! The owner would do so much better if he didn't have her there. These people will tell you they can fix your vehicle but in all reality- the owner is too old to do anything and the daughter is all about money and fast food. Trust me!!!!! Do not bring your car here!

Most awful place I've ever seen. My daddy went to work there for a while and was treated like absolute trash. Nevels daughter Michelle Stacks would bully my father, call him names, curse at him, and make fun of my family. She would say ridiculous stuff that wasn't true and screamed at my father when he walked in her office to get his pay. Se even bullied my family about me and my sister going to a Christian school. :/ Ive never seen such harassment in a grown woman...She is really moody and will run over anyone she wants to. She judged my mama and didn't even know her. And the worst part is her dad Nevel let her do it and was in complete denial. If I could rate this place less I definitely would. Watch out customers.

I called Hue about gettting my car diagnosis. He was able to find the issue with the car and went over the list of problem that was important. Great and fast service will come back in the near future.
