The food and waitstaff were very good. The patio was heated well. It's so strange to me that a business won't answer phone calls from its customers. This is not the only business where I've experienced this traveling the southwest. When did that become ok? I have a business. We would never, in a million years, in our busiest times, put a recording on our phone that we won't talk to our customers and answer their questions. A message asking for understanding that you may have to hold, staffing is challenged, fine - understandable.

Had a great experience with Desert Bistro overall. This was part of a road trip endeavor and we made no reservations until we left Arches National Park. They were busy but they made it possible by sitting us at the "bar" which isn't a bar that most people think of. It was just a table by the hosts' desk. Our server was nice, very knowledgeable and attentive. The food was good and they even had some options like gamey meat that most restaurants don't have. Truly an experience, I would go back there again if I was around, for sure.

I can't say enough about how good this place is all around. Mitch gave perfect service for our anniversary dinner by showing up at the perfect intervals without being intrusive. Very professional. The food was astounding and worth every penny. The pork tenderloin was some of the best I've had and the ceviche special had seafood that was as fresh as you get at the beach because it was flown in that day. Cocktail and wine selection was on par with any big city establishments. Go eat here!!!

It is so rare to find a restaurant that wows from first cocktail to desert. Desert Bistro is that place! The attention to detail- the decor, the fresh bread, the perfect sauces, the attentive staff- made this a memorable evening. Not to mention the perfect entrees which were everything you d want from a classic but with a seasonal and southwestern twist. Thank you!

Overall amazing experience! Chester our waiter was very attentive and friendly, the food was just perfect, from the appetizers to the main course and drinks. Worth the price and will definitely be back when visiting the area again!

An Oasis in the Desert! Not just an amazing meal, but a wonderful dining experience. In Dallas we re accustomed to great food and great service but we re blown away with the hospitality, the thoughtfully curated wine program, the amazing service, and the FOOD! Chef inspired local ingredients. Loved the stone ground mustard cream sauce with the lamb and the peanut butter chocolate cheesecake is AWARD WINNING! No kidding, could win an award. Do yourself a favor, treat yourself to a night you won t forget!!!

Their food was absolutely delicious! My finance and I went there the night we got engaged, and it was a wonderful, delicious meal. Our waiter was very enthusiastic and knowledgeable about all of the foods and wine, and it was a relaxing atmosphere. There was one very very rude customer at another table who was incredibly mean to her waitress, but I saw the restaurant handle it very well. I would absolutely eat there again, especially for a special occasion!

The food quality, service, ambiance and experience are something to remember. You won't regret getting the lamb, even if you aren't the biggest lamb fan - lamb can be hit or miss for me. The prawns flown in from Hawaii was a nice touch, as was the duck bacon on the wedge salad. Again, the lamb is incredible. We loved how Tatianna "told us a story" about each dish and left absolutely nothing to be desired in the service.

I LOVED our dinner at Desert Cafe...truly excellent. The food was perfect, they had a great wine list, and our wait staff was the best. They were very adept at reading our group and interacting with us accordingly, true professionals. The best part of the meal was the dessert - the chocolate pecan (or walnut?) tart was divine. Highly recommend!!
