Office staff top notch, they sent paperwork to be filled out prior to my appointment to avoid sitting in a waiting room and filling out on a clipboard, additionally I appreciated the reminder phone call prior to my appointment. The staff upon arrival were courteous, upon my evaluation prior to seeing Dr. Sofen the staff made me feel comfortable and explained what to expect once Dr. Sofen came in. Dr. Sofen took time and explained everything to me in great detail in a manner I understood, in the world of medicine that s called excellent bedside manners. Highly recommended to any other patients seeking dermatology assistance.

Dr. Sofen is one of the best doctors I ve ever seen. He is polite, professional and was extremely detailed in his explanation of my condition and treatment. Dr. Sofen is also up to date on dermatology research and treatments, which best served taking care of my skin problems. His approach to fixing skin conditions are not out of date. I was so thankful to find a doctor, who was compassionate and didn t treat me like a number. I also want to thank Dr. Sofen s staff, they were amazing.

The visit on 5/26/2021 was outstanding all the staff was all professional. Dr Sofen was compassionate and very thorough in his explanation of the process. All great marks to all the staff!

Everyone was extremely friendly. April and Nooma (sorry for if I misspelled) were very nice and helpful. Dr. Sofen took his time and explained everything in detail. I would definitely recommend him and his staff.

The Staff was amazing and Dr. Sofen was even better. I was so pleasantly surprised at the attitude and operation of this office. Doctor and staff both were super thorough and had great communication skills. I couldn't be happier with my appointment.
