I was surprised that after meeting twice with the team at Comfort Keepers that they didn t keep their word in calling me back. I drove twice to their location, all I m asking was to be inform on their decision.

Comfort keepers is an amazing place to partner with. Working in the dental field, we've been trying to find places willing to collaborate with us, but it's not that simple., My team and I went to comfort keepers, who hosted an event that had us sharing what we do and specialize in and what others do and what they specialize in. We were able to be apart of something that wasn't just dentistry and learn about other industries, it was so nice. They had lunch for us, space for us to set up a booth and were so inviting. Everything was organized and executed very well.
We have already had the privilege of seeing one of our patients receive care from their team and they were very much taken care of.

I have know Erik Erwin for three years. They provide wonderful care for the North county seniors. Comfort Keepers in the north county area is a great company. Erik is always warm and friendly willing to help with senior care.

It's difficult to put into words the gratitude we have for the care Comfort Keepers provided our dad. Not only did we have a great regular caregiver, but the case manager (I'm guessing at her title), Lisa M., was A-MAZ-ING. She went above and beyond in her care and compassion with our family. I'm positive she spent far more time with us than she should have. We were pretty much a mess and definitely at a complete loss as to how to care for dad or even where to begin. Lisa put us at ease and really just made everything easier. The amount of time she spent with dad and the way she interacted with him was more than we could have ever asked for or expected. It was so, so appreciated.

We've already recommended them to a few people personally. I just can't speak highly enough of Comfort Keepers.

I highly recommend Comfort Keepers Home Care. All their staff are professional and caring. They took care of my mother for a number of years and was so good to her. As a daughter there was a relief in knowing that she was being so well care for. If you or a member in your family needs home care I strongly recommend them.

I am so impressed with Comfort Keepers! They were able to arrange immediate help for our situation within hours! We have received round the clock care from wonderful caregivers who each in their own way have observed our needs and taken immediate action to satisfy them. They have covered the spectrum in care ... from medications, hygiene, sanitation, organizing and cleaning to meal planning, preparation and company. Care is logged and available for me to view. This has been an enormous relief to our family knowing the while we are going thru this difficult time, we have the best care for our loved one, in her own home... where she is comfortable. Everyone I have spoken to on the phone and in person has been professional, kind and a great help! I highly recommend this wonderful company!

Don't go with this company.
Bad agency, bad owner with a HUGE attitude problem.
I just happen to call for information and they answered my call as if she doesn't like to be bothered with questions.
She was cold, rude and snippy with a poor belligerent attitude problem and this was over the phone inquiring about services.
I hate to think how problems are handled with this owner.
No way would I ever recommend her agency to look after my loved one.
There are better agencies out there with a much better class of people, not this one.
I can see owner lacks compassion, professionalism and experience working with the elderly.
I feel sorry for any caregiver or client who has to deal with her uncaring personality if challenged in the event there are problems between workers and clients which is very common in this type of industry.
Beware of the FAKE so-called "positive" reviews posted here or paying a company to boost reviews unfairly.

Four and half Stars.

Overall performance was very good. All of the Comfort Keepers we had were personable and passionate about helping people, in particular helping and getting know personally. I would recommend Comfort Keepers to my closest dearest friends and family. The only reason I did not rate them at 5 stars if because it would be nice if the caregivers knew a little more about my particular disease.

Erik Erwin is great with seniors in North County area! Gave immediate response with referrals and provides amazing customer service!

Comfort Keepers provides excellent services to its clients. I manage a large retirement community and they are my go to for home care needs to assist my residents to remain in place as long as possible. They're staff is very responsive, engaged, and compassionate. I would highly recommend them to anyone needed home care services. Thank you for the great service you provide!
