Re legal services commission march 2023

Re legal services commission march 2023
They are to investigate misconduct etc about solicitors. Many reviews about they not doing the job
Megan mahan jay olsen and another person are involved that we know of in investigating
These are some involved. An example is that after trying to get a copy of an agreement that was signed in about 4/22 for about 8 months from the solicitor who refused to give it. and the legal services constantly demanding I supply it to them. And they were aware the solicitor refused to give a copy to me or legal services jay olsen. After about 5 months handling the complaint legal services said it acceptable for a solicitor to lose a signed contract and allow him to back date charges several months when another solicitor was handling the matter and the solicitor Melvin already stated he could not do anything until probate and transmission of death was arranged by the other solicitors. About end of march 2022. Other solicitors deliberately delayed the estate by months by not lodging paperwork in the courts and refused to give accounts etc and other being too busy to do what they should. All this is allowed by legal services. WHY? Indeed why. Investigate the people and the solicitors.
No respectful person will state this is acceptable. Imaging stating a solicitor is allowed to lose a contract a signed contract. Ridiculous. Lazy? Incompetent? Take a donation for allowing what is happening? Who knows. If you read the reviews about the legal services you get a good idea of what is happening. The above is just one example of a numerous .. numerous amount of misconduct by the solicitor and others in queensland. The attorney general Shannon fentiman knows about it but either the job is too big for her or she allow misconduct in solicitors and legal profession and the government agencies? A staff member in the CCC said they are not interested in investigating government agencies and people for misconduct dishonesty etc. I guess its what qld labour is all about now especially in queensland. It used to be a decent organisation but now it needs to be investigated. The whole queensland labor government will need to be investigated.
Solicitors are allowed to charge for issuing fees to supply their itemised account like this solicitor and for delaying a deceased estate as in this one by about 10 months so far. Refuses to supply accounts to all executors and refuses to pay accounts as instructed like this solicitor. All this and much more is documented that the legal services says is allowed.
I like thousands of people have details of what is going on so if the attorney general and CCC and Law society should look at what their solicitors are doing and the Liberal National party should demand an investigation into all involved.
The attorney general and CCC law society and legal services have all failed in their duty of care .
Cc ccc . attorney general. Opposition party.

They were able to address my concerns and provide the necessary information without any hassle. Overall, I had a positive experience with the agency. However, there is room for improvement in terms of their website's user interface. It could be more intuitive and user-friendly.

We have 'inspectors' putting 3 tonne un inspected motorhomes on the road unregistered and no ctp.
We have corrupt departmental staff processing illegal registration documents. Then covering up their criminal behaviour.
And the Department refers the complaint back to the criminals within the department to deal with the problem.
The perfect circle, and perfect example of just how dysfunctional our current administration and administrators are.
And we are paying premium rates for this kind of performance, corruption and complete lack of integrity.
If we're such idiots for doing so, what does that make them.

Thanks for response.
Did you read review.
Departments are currently dysfunctional, in addition they all claim to be overloaded. Just as people are experiencing everywhere with ALL our administrators.
Attorney General Department is as interested in investigating the matter as Departments of Transport or Ombudsman or Crime and corruption commission!
Perfect example of how dysfunctional and ineffective our administrators are. What they say and claim, and what they actually do couldn't be further apart.
Yet the ineffectiveness, the failures of duties of care the constant incompetence of our administrations continue.

It is Department of Transport putting people on the road with false documents! They are continuing to do so despite taxpayers paying for corrupt 'internal investigations'. Same with the joke that our Ombudsman's Office has become. Read their department, or any other departments, reviews? Their clearly ineffective and not working, literally. Good gig if your on it I suppose. Not so good for the taxpayer tho.
This administration is self serving, particularly in lining its own pockets, has no interest in members of the public , nor them being at risk, cause their still doing it, are they not?
