The services provided by the Department of Justice and Attorney General, State Government of Queensland are commendable. I have had to deal with them on a couple of occasions, and they have always been responsive and helpful. I appreciate their commitment to transparency and accountability. However, there is room for improvement in terms of streamlining processes and reducing red tape. Overall, I have had a positive experience with the department.
