The customer service is a joke in itself.

Price gouging, not sending items you ordered, and (my favorite) claiming to be backed up, but they will send it soon.
But they never do, and just claim you never ordered it, and will "make" you pay for it. (Even if the invoice shows otherwise)

At least they are quick on their feet to sell you anything.

Dental City is a great company! Riley is very friendly and helpful. DC has been wonderful during the COVID crisis working hard to get the necessary PPE for their customers. Like all supply companies, PPE is hard to get a hold of anywhere; nonetheless, they are doing an excellent job! Thank you Dental City for all you are doing!

Just called to order masks for the office I work for and the customer service was poor. They have also doubled the price of there masks. I have been calling around to several dental suppliers to find supplies for my office and they are the only company I have encountered that has doubled there price!!!!

Poor customer service/ Bait and Switch / Stay Away........................

Dealt with someone named Tristen (?) and this was our first order. We specifically called since we received a flyer in the mail with promotional prices and in stock guaranteed delivery.

When placing the order over the phone, they reassured us that all items we wanted were in stock and going out the same day and charged my card but.... the order never showed up for a week.

So today, one week later, I called back and the first person I spoke with said "well it looks like the items were "backordered" and still have not shipped out, but hold on let me transfer you to Tristen who handles your account" (not anymore of course) and then we are informed that "well...we called you and we were awaiting confirmation from you to ship out the order ? " HUH?!! If we were not confirmed about the order, why did we pay you over the phone while placing the order ? Does that make any sense?

Long story short - first time customer, bait and switched, not a reliable company, will not be repeating business with them !

I've had the greatest experience with Dental City. They have affordable prices compared to the bigger suppliers and their customer care is second to none. My sales Rep Adam Hunt is one of the nicest guys I've ever met. He goes above and beyond to make sure we are satisfied with our products. You can tell he really cares about the success of my dental office and always offers his help! I highly recommend Dental City to anyone looking for dental supplies at an affordable price and excellent customer care!!!

So happy I found Dental City! We used to work exclusively with one of the big suppliers...still kicking myself for all the extra money I spent. But this super friendly team is dedicated to doing whatever it takes to provide excellent service and reduce your supply costs. Heather is a Rockstar!

They raised the prices of the Gloves and all the protective gear after the corona. We had a payment agreement and they seemed fine with it and we had payments scheduled towards our balance. we placed an order last week and they lied to us that it was shipped. And we called again to make sure it is shipped. They said it was shipped, it will be any day in your office.
I have patients coming and we need impression material and i lost business because of them. Very bad customer service and Josh in our conversation threatened me, he will send me to collections if we stop dealing with them. and instead of calming me down. He hang up the phone. Honestly i don`t know how we can get treated like this. I think we should only deal with Benco, Henry Schien or Patterson. Any of the big names in the market definitely have better customer service.

Fantastic prices, products and service! I can't praise Dental City enough, they have a HUGE selection of name brand products at unmatched prices. Their house brand is great quality, too, we have their saliva ejectors, c-fold towels, topical, gauze, prophy paste (love the flavors and grit, no splatter and super cheap cost!) and burs. Ordering is hassle-free and quick. Love, love, love!!!

Their website says they sell to anyone, but after I registered, they emailed me asking for a license.

I may be biased as an UW-GB grad, however I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dental City! I admire that they are protecting their existing customer base and ensuring we are getting the PPE we need. Whatever system they have implanted to curve the throttling of supplies WORKS. Their pricing is also FABULOUS compared to other large dental supply companies. Other Dental companies are charging almost DOUBLE the price of some PPE. Ryan is a great customer service rep with who is very prompt, helpful, and has a sense of humor! I can say that our dental office will be working with Dental City as much as possible in the future! And as always Go Pack Go!
