Absolutely love the retreat house and priests and staff who run it. I went 29 years and became a coordinator for my group. I definately recommend this place and the retreat experience.

I've been going for about 20 years now and look forward to it every year. There is nothing better than reflecting in silence. I write a journal every year and read them before the retreat to see where I've been on my journey in life. Can't wait for this year's retreat.
The Jesuits know how to take care of a person's body, mind, and soul. The 3 day retreat lasts from Thursday night to Sunday night. I didn't think I would like a silent retreat. The days go by fast in study, reflection, and prayer in a beautiful setting. The rooms are sparse, but more than adequate. The food is excellent. The chapel and the seating are very comfortable. One of the best things - no access to the Internet (if you don't want it). You will want to go back.
A deep spiritual experience. Nondenominational can attend. Second year attendee and planning to return!
A wonderful and uplifting spiritual place. I very much miss this year's silent retreat and pray that retreats resume soon.
I have attended an annual three day silent retreat here for 35 years.
At first I was hesitant, not knowing what to expect, and learning it is mostly a silent retreat. After spending a long weekend with the Jesuits at Demontreville, I'm disappointed I didn't start coming here 30 years ago. A fantastic experience, with no outside interruptions....just 50-70 men learning about ourselves, and what really matters most in life...building a better relationship with God. And as a companion to that, a better work and home life. First class all the way with a beautiful setting, great food, and most important, excellent instruction. Can't wait until next year! All faiths are welcome to attend, as about 10% of attendees are not Catholic. No set fee, no suggested fee...you contribute what you can afford.
A lovely place for a retreat, and I want to go back. Facilities are a bit dated, but the location is second to none.
I was blessed to go on a retreat here in 2016. The facilities were very clean, the food was amazing and the experience is one that I hope to repeat!
This place is really special. Men of the world that want to become or maintain Better Men status need to experience Demontreville. You will leave a better man indeed. For your faith, your family, your friends and mankind, make a retreat. You can read reviews and look over a website but you really can't explain what there is at Demontreville so you need to make a leap or take a leap and experience a 3 day silent retreat for yourself.
