Horrible. They charged me for months and did not do anything. Web optimization or clear robbery one of the 2 i was paying for. Reps never returned calls and i fell like I was paying for a phantom product. The hilarious part was to cancel this thing you need a registration number that i never received!!!!!!!!!! beware!!!!!!!
Consumer beware!!! Do not conduct business with this company! Do not buy anything from them! I purchased business checks from this company 2 years ago and I am constantly blasted with junk PAPER mail from them. I called them twice requesting to be removed from the junk mail list being sent to my HOME. They told me "sure, no problem". Still receiving junk mail asking if I am needing more checks. If I need more checks, I'll order some. Terrible company! Terrible customer service!
I am sending a demand letter prior to legal action. Otherwise, I'm taking them to small claims court! Enough!

Do not buy checks from this company. They instruct their employees to upgrade customers to a more expensive check without telling them. They also throw in a service that's not necessary called ez shield. They force worthless e-checks on their customers and all their prices are ridiculous.

First Typos, then overcharged my credit card. Billed me for a shipping service I did not want. Billed me for extra 'protection' I did not want, Please do not use this corporation!!

Wow! Checks were ordered for a buisness and the logo came in black and white when they were supposed to come in color. Not only did they ship them to me, they shipped for free. I spoke to Dan who was very helpful. Definetly will be going back to them for service very soon!
Bait and switch! Checks Unlimited, Deluxe Checks, all of the companies under the Deluxe umbrella seem to be operating the same way as this scenario:
I was presented with an offer of $4.95 for the first box $.10 for the second box and free shipping. By the time I got the checkout my charges for my free shipping were $13.10 and $2.46 for sales tax which is weird since they are in Colorado Springs and I am just outside of Denver.
I did not fall for their "EZ Shield" service BS and never finished processing my order. This company is part of the Deluxe Corporation. These guys have been around forever! Are you telling me they have built their entire business ripping people off with outrageous shipping/handling fees and ridiculous insurance service charges no one needs over the years?
Shame on you people! If I could give you a -10 I would. What an absolute waste of my time and I hate that they now have my checking info.

Fraudulent. I have charges on my credit card. I've never used this company. I now get collection calls on my cell phone, no idea how they got that number. I have canceled my credit card and have contacted my lawyer.

Deluxe initiated collection against our company without ever sending us an invoice for monies owed!! We ordered checks from a Deluxe subsidiary called McBee Corporation. We requested to be billed for the checks we ordered, but the McBee representative insisted they deduct the amount owed directly from our bank account since they had all the necessary bank information from our check order. A year later we get a notice from a collection company saying that Deluxe made repeated efforts to resolve the issue and that we are negligent. Deluxe never sent us a single letter or ever picked up the phone to call us and resolve the matter amicably. They chose instead to camouflage their internal screw-up by making us the bad guy. Evidently customer satisfaction and loyalty are meaningless to Deluxe.
