The staff are very nice and put in an honest effort for their customers, but the product being served is just not worth the price. A mushroom burger with a vanilla shake was $30. That's just too steep, especially when there's White Spot, at half the price, with a better quality milkshake, better version of the kennebec fries, and a comparable mushroom burger. I can't see myself returning to Delux, knowing other places can serve a similar (and some cases, better) product at a much more reasonable price.

Great Burgers and fun staff! FYI - Kids fun day Monday's are now limited to one free kids meal per paying adult. Not sure when that changed but that's why I deducted 1 star otherwise great food.

First time going ..Place:Small but has a Nice ambience.. Food:Good ...Services:so far good experience.

Meh....little turd looking sliders with no toppings. Great fries though and great service from bartender!

Went with family. Food came warm, which was a plus. However, my build-burger was not made properly. Waitress never never came back in a timely fashion to take care of it.

Terrible experience. Ordered takeata and Was told my burger would take 20 minutes. when I arrived to pick it up, i was told id need to wait another20 minutes as they were busy. we were then told we'd need to leave our chair as the we're customers who needed it. MY 5 year old son and I then spent 15 minutes being told to move oyt if the way by the staff as we're in their way. Afree be chas ed around the restaurant for another 5 minutes I asked for an update. ANOTHER 20 minutes. when I asked for a refund I was told they think they did it but the manager in charge wasn't sure.

Some of the most unprofessional restaurant behavior I've ever seen. will never eat there again

It is a typical burger place, it just look fancy. The burgers are average, nothing special.

fries in a cart are great, but the onion rings are the best

This is our go-to lunch spot for my work colleagues & I. Easy access, central & with convenient parking it is always our first choice. Over the past year or so we have all noted how increasingly wonderful the service has been and the menu never seems to disappoint. Then there is owner "Jim"...he offers up a smile on a busy day or a handshake when he is making his rounds & then when it is time to dash back to work his 'ole school hospitality thanking you for choosing deLux - well, you know you are going to be back real soon. In a city of so many choices of big box & fast food - when you are on the fence, support local...and if you haven't been there for a while, try 'em again. Thanks for another great lunch Brayden et al!
