Hands down a bad experience.So called buffet was disgusting and overpriced.Do not stay here for any reason.Service is slow and we were charged 4 dollars for a tiny glass of coke.

Nice venue for meetings. Parking lot construction made it a little confusing to park. Washrooms are clean.

Checked in for 3 nights, stayed for just one. Rooms were tiny and not up to Delta/Marrriott cleanliness standards. Wanted to be close to Metro Zoo, rates are lower than downtown of course, but couldnt bear to stay any longer. Checked out and paid more for better quality once Zoo day was over. The positives are a good location (401 access), and pretty amazing pool/waterslide. Paid controlled access parking is unacceptable in Scarborough where there is big open spaces.

Wifi verry weak. 2 towels for 5.... need some renovation.

We celebrated my daughters birthday there and had an awesome time....pool was fun...air in the pool area could have been a bit warmer. The room was great and the staff was very friendly..helpful and accommodating. I would definitely go back. Thank you

Convenient location right by the Highway 401. Also has a spa.

Came for nice heated pools for kids and adults. Great service and always attend to our needs. Third time coming here, sure will be back.

I recently posted my comments on this Google map. But was deleted by Google. There is buyer. As everyone know this hotel catering the homeless, you can imagine how this place looks like!!! Drug , needles, hygiene issue. You can see this hotel is getting more visits from the police. Why you want to pay several hundreds dollars to stay in what we call a 4 or 5 stars hotel?? Did the hotel really care their elegant customers at all. ** There is a grocery cart with rubbish welcome you at front entrance of the hotel. The hotel can't even manage the tidy or cleaness outside the property, what to do you think about inside of the hotel?? Please use your judgment. Thank you.

Very polite and well trained staff.
The place is very bright and clean.

My friend that was staying there had 2 little puppies and they made them feel welcomed and comfortable.

The bartender was fantastic. A nice blond girl. She was super friendly, fast and a pro.
It was a pleasure.

And till about midnight you have swimming access to the indoor heated pool.
I was hanging out late and people were still swimming!

Very solid choice. Not far from downtown, easy access to 401

It was an average experience. The hotel is a little dated but it's not a 5 star hotel. Kids would have fun with the water slide though! The cleaning staff were super friendly and helpful. I didn't try out any of the food (was there just to spend the night) so cannot comment on that aspect, but one thing that was nice, was that the ac unit was particularly quiet compared to other hotels I've stayed at.

Enjoyed my times at this hotel. Great staff and good food. Would (and did) visit again!

I had called for March break getaway for my kids, I was informed that you can come and use the pool facility by paying $20 for adult and 15$ for the child. When I got there with the kids the front staff had no idea about the fact the the pool can be used by people not residing in the hotel. Front office staff confirmed my conversation with the Supervisor, however they told me that the pool is at its capacity. I asked the lady that if we were to pay to stay for a night and the pool is at capacity will they deny us from accessing the pool? She said no if you were willing to stay here for the night you can use the pool right away...(confusing)... long story short.. we were not allowed use the pool and was not I prepared to pay for a night...I was told to call back the supervisor to discuss this... I had left a voicemail and it s been 3 weeks with no response. I am not a type of person who writes reviews but seeing my child upset tempted me too write this..if you are plan to go make sure you have an email confirmation as clearly there is gap with information that the supervisors provide over the phone and the front desk managers

I was there to visit friends. When I spoke to the front desk they were accommodating.

Rooms were outdated and dirty. Was shocked for the cost.

Pretty solid hotel. I'm told it was a Ramada branded to Delta. I did uber and pretty easy getting on-site and check-in is easy.

Pretty good looking rooms, but no bar fridge. Kennedy road is pretty busy and never saw anybody walk to get across the 401. There is no store in the hotel, so yu have to walk to the next door condo to get stuff like meds, food, milk etc... The store was less than meh.

The restaurant has the morning breakfast buffet which is around 23$ but pretty good if you want to load up in the morning and only have supper.

Worst place I ever been. Told me price is 148, then when I left they changed me 222. Told me that was the tax that I have to pay! Ridiculous! What kind of tax!?

Good location to anywhere I want to go:) Room is good size and clean also the front desk workers fast and very nice services. I'm highly recommend.

Beautiful conference room, and lobby; went here for a training session. Staff was very polite and fantatic catering, would definitely recommend to others.

Isolated location, decent amenities. Odd decision to put the pool and restaurant in the same, large room.

Attended a work conference, everything was great till it came time to leave. The exit parking tag I was given at sign in did not work and I was stuck in a line up of cars. Managed to sneak out behind another car. Not a huge deal but a sour end to a good experience.

Clean room, comfy beds and ample parking. Unfortunately, housekeeping is sub-par...No coffee refills left in room and my used wine was not removed and towels not replaced. The highlight was an excellent bartender, Jennifer. Carpets around lobby area are worn and likely should have been replaced some time ago.

It's an older hotel. It would help for some renovations to be performed. It shows in the bathroom shower. The rooms were clean and I enjoyed the frig and microwave oven. If you have kids they will live the pool.

Hotel is fabulous! Rooms are nice and beds are extremely comfortable! Hotel amenities were excellent. Only downside is that it's a fair way from tourist attractions and downtown.

Good attention. Comfortable beds The atmosphere feels peaceful to the surroundings. It is located between the airport and the city of Toronto. There is a super market in the area. The only thing missing in the room is a small refrigerator.

Staff is very professional and kind beds are very comfortable the food is excellent and the pool was awesome very nice location if you're going to Toronto this is the place to stay

Attended a work Christmas party here. Everything was great, food, staff, atmosphere.

Location and room was good. Had to pay for parking (in scarborough), which I thought wasn't reasonable since its uptown and not downtown.

Great stay with our family! Or kids loved the waterslides at the pool!! One for our 1 (almost 2) year old daughter and a big swirly slide for our son who is over 48" and can swim. The man running the slide and attending the pool was so kind to our kids and family. He certainly made the experience more enjoyable. The service at the restaurant was very friendly and the buffet we had for dinner was quite good with plenty of salad and protien options! Beef, salmon, pork and Turkey options that we enjoyed and our son had one the best grilled cheeses I've every trasted!! Wonderful option for a family Hotel stay!!

We really enjoyed the indoor pool with the children! Nice rooms. Pleasant staff.

The hotel isn't to bad and for the most part the staff is friendly. They have a new Greenstay program which is poorly communicated and causes confusion. Currently the front parking area is under construction which means guests are forced to climb quite a few stairs to get to the main lobby.

typically good Delta quality. pool is uber chlorinated! so bad we couldn't use it nor hot tub. should switch to salt water. lack of staff at check out was troublesome.

Rooms and bathrooms were dirty. We requested a cot, it never came, and when it did there was a clump of hair in the bed.
The hot tub had floaties in it, not clean at all. Had kids jumping in and out of it.
Definitely not worth what we paid, we checked out early and went to another hotel.

Waterslide. These guys have a water slide. This place is great. Sucks you have to pay for parking though even if youre a visitor

Nice hotel fair price but some hidden fees like parking,fridge, extra bed for the baby . Should be included in the price. The pool was really really cold. Coustmer service great

Convient location to Toronto zoo. Clean rooms, updated bathroom, but dated decor. Nice kids pool with waterslide. Parking garage is not close to rooms.

over priced. rooms are clean though. pool area is good. too many kids on the weekend. can find better value at other hotels and I'd always suggest air BNB over this place. staff is very friendly. restaurants pizza is garbage. overpriced from too to bottom. but the Japanese restaurant is amazing.

Food was great, service was pretty good. The food took a while to refill (it was a buffet) bit understandable because it was mothers day and they were busy. Great coffee btw.

The hotel was lovely. Great food for a great price as well as nice rooms and good customer service. Only complaint would be some rooms smelt odd.

This is 1 of the friendliest hotels ive ever been too. Bravo Delta!! Pet friendly & very accommodating too that! Friendly about the dogs & act as if they are the guests as well. Very appreciated! Phenomenal pool & layout. Overall will DEFINITELY be staying here any time we come here! 100% satisfied & NO NEED to even look anywhere else
