We waited a bit like usual before getting served. We need something in between and is not easy to get a hold of the server. The place offers modest food choice and the food is good. This is also a convenient location for have lunch. I have been here for dinner but the quality of good did not meet my expectation.

Went and had dinner here. Food and service was great. I highly recommend the lobster mac and cheese. Very limited beer selection with only 5 taps and it seems like anyone who carries P49 has the same beers by them over and over.

Very inconvenient. The suite washroom has no door or curtain for privacy. It is very inconvenient. Toilet bowl is beside the shower. adults will have to shower and do their stuff in open. Whoever design this must have very very high IQ. What happen to common sense. unless you are nudist and don t care about privacy.

Great service from reception and front office staf...

Great service from reception and front office staff at check-in and check-out. 75 West Coast Grill food was so so delicious and the cocktails were good also, service was a little slow though.

I went to a function at this hotel and it was lovely. Wonderful service, lovely function room, clean bathrooms. The meal service was impeccable, lovely mains and desserts. A great place to hold a function.

It is convenient to eat nearby.
The hotel is divided into several buildings, to see which one is.

But if you know that you need a room upstairs, you need to decorate it all day morning until 7:00 in the evening.
You should not be arranged to stay.
Can't sleep, etc., still work

We arrived at the hotel before our check-in but there wasn't any rooms available yet. We had some appointments that we had to be at but needed to get changed and ready as well. Jeremy was so great, he offered us access to the gym and changing room so we have an area to use. We really appreciated it!

Horrible experience, stayed at the hotel for the weekend for a friends wedding. They do not have a secure or monitored parking garage. Someone attempted to break into and steal my car causing all sorts of damage to the door.
They don't claim any responsibility or have cameras in all the areas they offer parking at. They supposedly have "cameras in the stairways" but that means nothing to me as things don't get stolen and/or damaged in the stairwell. They claim that their lot is monitored 24 hours, but none of our group saw anyone monitoring at any time throughout the duration of our entire stay.
While talking to the hotel staff, it was clear that they consistently have issues like this. They need to work on resolving this, even if they aren't liable they should do more to compensate such a bad experience and take higher measures to ensure things that this don't happen, especially on a regular basis

To their credit, a lot of their staff is very nice. Mia, the Manager on Duty at the time was great, it's unfortunate that Marriott doesn't promote her or give her more authority, she did what she could to calm the situation and attempt to provide me with the best customer service at the time. I was told by Mia that the Rooms Operations Manager, Trina would call me to see if there were any other further adjustments that could me made.

When finally talking to her, it was very apparent from the way she was talking and tone of her voice that she has already decided that I wasn't going to receive any further help from them.

When I asked to speak to her manager or someone with more authority to help me, she brought up the General Manager, but said that she didn't know where he was or when the next time he would be in the office would be...seems pretty odd, to not know when your GM will be in?

Supposedly, he will give me a call back soon to address this issue. Overall though, I'm very disappointed that a major flag hotel like the Marriott would provide such poor customer service.

The only person who truly seemed to want to help me in this situation was Mia, her Rooms Operation Manager needs to take some lessons from her in customer service.

I had a "guaranteed for late arrival with credit card" reservation with this hotel and arrived at 5pm to find my reservation given away, the hotel sold out, and me scrambling for a room at other hotels. I am a long-standing, loyal Marriott stayer and Marriott Rewards member but that doesn't seem to matter at this hotel. I received no help in finding a room nor an apology. I'd avoid if at all possible.

The good was the staff was friendly the room was clean and the shuttle was on time and easy to use. The bad was the room was a little out dated and we had extremely loud guests next to us that woke us up at 2am. The staff took care of the loud about 15 minutes after we called down and they stayed quite enough for us to fall back a sleep after that. Overall I can't really blame the hotel for the loud guests but it was still irritating.

Was upgraded to executive king suite corner. Furnishings were very old, was pretty cramped, smelled a bit strange in room. Balcony was cool with a nice view. Bed was moderately comfortable, stiff and a bit lumpy. Shower was hot and not bad. Free concierge breakfast was a buffet and could order omelette. Sausage and bacon. Dim sum. Place needs renovation. Staff friendly.
