I only had a few hours for my layover. They made it easy and simple to check in and out, prompt wake up call, and it was a nice quiet room. If you need a few hours of shut eye, check into the delta Marriott.

The room was lovely with all the amenities one expects and more. The King bed was absolutely massive and comfortable. Four of us could have laid abreast. The TV was larger than I've generally seen in hotels and had a good selection of programs, including our family favourite: Food Network. The room had a couple bottles of water, a Keurig coffee maker and a refrigerator. Staff were courteous.

I have only one complaint, the comforter, while light, was very warm until the night cool creeped in. Both the wife and I like to sleep cool, and many hotels poorly accomodate this. Delta is not alone on this failing.

Overall, the hotel was a palace of calm in a hectic day of missed flights, and other misfortune.

I had a gift certificate I received as a gift, and it was about to expire end of the year 2019. I e-mailed the hotel to ask if I can still use it after expires, and I received a very polite response from Chantel that she can help me to book the room for me. She gave me all the available dates to pick and it was very nice of her! When I checked in, front desk agent (I think his name was Floyd..? Black man with long hair)asked why I was holding flowers, and I said it's my birthday. Then he upgraded our room to Jacuzzi suits! I didn't expect anything and it was really nice of him upgrading our room! Then 10 min later, I received a beautiful dessert plate with wine! The service I received from Delta was just WOW. it was amazing. every single staff I met all smiled, and kind! (The lady who brought plates from in-room dining, housekeepers ) I just want to share my great experiences at Delta and Thank you again for Floyd to make my night special!! If I wrote ur name wrong, Sorry and Thank you again!

The place to be if you have an early flight. Room was clean and A/C not too noisy. Good gym with relatively new equippment located in the basement. The pool is a designer flaw, it sits right in the Lobby beside the restaurant so you can swim while everyone stares at you.
The hotel bar is a recommendation, you should head over there even if you are not staying in the hotel, it has more of an upscale feeling than what the terminal has to offer.

The hotel does show its age and is in need of a renovation ... but it is very clean and the staff is stellar.
We stayed here the night before our trip and the night returning. I had some last minute work that needed to be scanned, signed, printed... the front desk staff was so helpful and efficient.
I highly recommend the Delta. The convenience of being 60 feet from the YYC C terminal greatly reduces travel stress.

deally located if you are in transit to another destination.
No need to take a shuttle bus, the Delta hotel is just steps away from rhe airport! Cross the street abd you are there. It s literally 3 minutes, very convenient, especially in the cold winter weather. If you don t want to get outside, there is a interior walkway, even better!

The rooms are clean and quiet. Staff is usually nice.

There is a restaurant downstairs.

There is also a large pool.

I recommend it.

I got room 601 with a king bed. The room was very modern and it was very clean. The mattress was soft and comfy. Though my boyfriend whom sleeps on firm mattress felt the bed was way too soft for him. The room located in a quiet area and not facing the pool so I didnt hear any take off or landing of the aircrafts. The location was superb as it was right across the airport, 2 min walking distance. Will definitely come back.

Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Can't say enough good things about Kayod and Marc! Hotel is clean and a convenient location to airport travellers.
The downside is it is old, not sound-proofed, doesn't seal light out, small rooms, and doesn't include breakfast for the price.
There are cheaper and nicer hotels just outside of the airport for a lower price, but you are obviously paying for convenience.

Clean, super comfortable bed and pillows, good sized bathroom with lots of counter space, free bottles of water in room, high end TV, decent food. Only thing that isn't great is the shower, specifically the shower head and water pressure.

Great hotel, extremely helpful staff. Two things I don t like about this hotel, it s very dry! To a point where at night if lights are closed and you touch the bed you can see sparks. Next thing is the pool being right in the lobby.

Apart from the beautiful property and very convenient

Absolutely delightful stay at this property. It felt like the whole staff worked together to make my stay exceptional. A special shout out to front office maestro extraordinaire - Narto! The smiles and hospitality on arrival and during my stay will bring me back.

My Wife and I are Merriott rewards members and use the delta hotel exclusively when travelling through Calgary. delta suffers from classic operational reform that has them misplacing their efforts in order for perceived efficiencies that diminish the value of their brand and nothing to increase the customers experience. They offer in in room menus but ask you if you want to pick the food up at the desk or pay five dollars to have it brought to your room, they offer levels of opulence with their King suites and charge a lot more for the supreme suite that has little or no difference in amenities short of a larger TV. (about 100.00 more a night.) They advertise a program to reuse their towels for planetary conservation yet bring their room service up wrapped in plastic, with plastic cutlery, in a bag that will all end up in a landfill. In another example of good news bad news, the plus side of this venue is their steak house which is one of the best service experiences that I have attended in Calgary yet they don't offer it to their customers on weekends. The front desk staff is courteous and try's to apologize for these concerns while at the same time reply that "that's just the way it goes". I think the management needs to readdress the concepts of operations excellence as it appears they have gotten off track.

Great airport hotel. Receptionist was very friendly despite it being around midnight. Room was spacious. No noise problems whatsoever. Buffet breakfast (around 17$) was very good, lots of choices and everything was very tasty. I'd stay here again if necessary.

Pro tip: if it's winter and you don't want to step outside, there's a bridge connected to the airport, go up one floor when exiting from Arrivals and cross over warmly.

Dated but clean hotel. Rooms need to be refreshed with furniture and decor. Calgary Airport Marriott is a much nicer place to spend the night. Friendly staff and clean rooms.... Just in need of updating.

Good hotel excellent service. Allan came up to our room to help me connect to internet. He offered suggestions on how to get to zoo. He told us he had schedules and maps with coupons to give us when we were downstairs. This saved us money and gave us a different look at the city using public transportation that ran to schedule. A++++

The bed is pretty luxurious, and the pool looks inviting. But there are a few things here and there it can improve on. Having some sort of USB device charger in this day and age is virtually mandatory for a place that's known as a business hub. There are several parking options and staff are friendly to a "t".

If you re layover-ing at YYC, this is the place to stay at. Phenomenal hotel, never had an issue over my 5 visits. Although their gym is quite small, it has all the essentials, pool is not bad either. In terms of cleanliness and maintenance, all is perfect, they even have a microwave if you need your lunch heated. The staff is very kind, they helped me catching the bus to downtown Calgary and were very helpful in general. No complaints whatsoever, simply a great hotel.

Missed a connection and WestJet put us up at the Delta. Very nice hotel, the beds were very comfortable and breakfast was good. My son said it was the best breakfast ever .
The indoor pool looked like fun, we arrived a little late and didn t have time to use the pool.
