My grandmother was in Delray Hospital for 2 weeks and we had nothing but problems until we called Patricia, the Patient Advocate. We are up in NY and were unable to come down. We were getting no answer and no updates. Shortly after talking to her nurses and physicians started calling. She visited my grandmother every day & would call me to tell me how she was doing. My grandmother said she was a light in a dark time. Thank you Patricia for treating her like family. These 5 stars are for her.

Medical staff is uncommunicative. Doctors lied to staff and nurses to attempt to trick me into having procedures. Attempted to discharge for over 8 hours and they were unable to get anything together in time. Absolutely awful service. Still waiting to be discharged just sitting in a room after being completely ready to leave for 4 hours.

Don't expect to get to visit overnight with your loved one!!!! I'm visiting (from out of town) my parent who has emergency neck surgery scheduled tomorrow. I plan on sleeping at bedside overnight (they even initially brought me a recliner chair) but then at 10pm they kicked me out of my own parents's room bc he is getting another male roommate and it's policy that there cannot be a female visitor in the room overnight. They don't have a family room but several very public waiting areas. Clearly a very family conscious facility. Let me add that I'm a medical professional and have never seen a family member treated like this at any facility I've worked in. I also polled a group of professional peers who agreed that this was incredibly disrespectful/shocking bc I wasn't sure if I was overreacting due to of lack of sleep.

I liked this hospital, it gets the job done. But what I can't stand for is how both the hospital and patients treat their nurses. My mother worked there for 10 years, she was a charge nurse for six years. She put her blood, sweat, and tears into that hospital; she would work 7-8 12 hour shifts IN A ROW! And they repay her by firing her because she was stressed when there was more than 50 people waiting for beds in the ER. They are 100% corporate, looking at charts and not caring about their employees or the situations that they are in.

I'm alwAys in this hospital, I work for a local rehab and we have to take new clients to get medically cleared. Every time I've been it's always a pleasant experience, the only problem is depending how busy they are I sometimes end up staying 5hrs just for the doc to clear the patient, it's takes 3min to just clear them if there js no life threatening problems

I came in to this hospital around 2 am with a possibility that I was in a middle of passing a kidney stone. Sign in process was quick and I was assigned a room. After about 30 minutes the nurse comes in and measures my vitals. 20 minutes later another nurse tries to start an IV line which she clearly missed after me repeatedly telling her which vein is the best. She ignored me and delivered the saline solution subcutaneously intead of intravenously to another part of the hand. This nurse obviously must have seen the goose egg of a lump that was forming as she was delivering the solution, and she kept pushing it in like it's going to miraculously get into the vein. After this very painful experience, and me telling her to stop immediately, I requested another nurse which started the line on the 1st try, using the vein I previously suggested. I've had
about 50 iv's started and never had an issue. I've donated tens of gallons of blood for over 30 years and never had an issue.
I had to wait on a Dr. for about 30 minutes, after which he sent me for a CAT scan which was finished around 4:45 am. Then he tells me that he wants to do an MRI scan but the technicians don't come in until 6 or 7am. Fine, I said so it wasn't until 8:30 before they took me in. Something was wrong with their newly updated software so the 20 min scan turned into 1.5 hrs. When they wheeled me back into my room, there was already another patient in there. The nurse's response was: "I thought you were discharged ". After assigning me to another room right by the janitor's closet to wait for the results, the janitors were using a very noisy floor cleaning machine that seriously needed maintenance. Not a conducive environment when in an excruciating pain. Finally, the doctor gave me stronger medication to make the pain more managable, but I had to tell the nurses 4x, making me feel like a drug addict.
I finally checked out after 9.5 hours at 11:30 am. For my future medical needs, I think I'll look elsewhere.

By far the worst hospital/medical center I ve ever come across.

This is the worst hospital in the entire country. Harlem Hospital in NYC is not even as bad, and everyone knows Harlem Hospital is atrocious. I came in after a car accident with three fractures in my neck and a huge swollen foot. They tried to tell me my foot wasn t broken, and gave me a cheap useless foam wrap to put around my neck. I went to Bethesda west to find out my foot was in fact broken the next day, and extremely swollen since the lunatics at Delray Medical Center allowed me to walk out of the hospital with no splint or walking boot! The doctor at Bethesda was mortified to see my foot and the lousy neck brace they had given me. Bethesda put me in a splint and walking shoe, plus gave my a hard neck brace and a duplicate neck brace to go home with. Delray Medical originally tried to get me to stay overnight. After ignoring me for hours, I walked out back into the lobby and they told me you just left AMA and you only get one chance, so we will not keep you overnight in our trauma center . My co-worker has a fantastic lawyer in Palm Beach and this low class garbage hospital and despicable staff will not be hearing the end of this. The staff is awful and the way they treated me after waking up from a concussion was despicable.. hence your two star review on google. I ve never met so many insignificant people in my life with such egos. This hospital will be held accountable for their lousy treatment. Take yourself or your family member to Bethesda instead of Delray Medical. I can assure you that you will encounter the absolute worst treatment imaginable in a hospital setting if you go to Delray.

Worse treatment than most third world countries! My mother fell yesterday and was taken to Delray Medical Center. After xrays and CT, she was told it was just a bruise and she was released on low dose pain medicine. The pain was so bad, the very next day she had to call 911 again, this time they took her to Bethesda Memorial Hospital in Boynton Beach. There she was diagnosed with a broken rib, given strong pain medicine and a spirometer, and released to follow up with her primary care doctor.

I have heard many horror stories about Delray Medical Center. I just wish my mother lived in a different town. Will look to relocate her after this. Why Medicare pays this hospital is beyond me.

I wouldn t recommend anyone to go to this place. Even during a pandemic no one is helpful or caring. Except for the CT scan technician and Theo the day RN, they were helpful and nice. Everyone else is terrible. I was there for hours, there was no communication or compassion to the immense pain I am feeling and I didn t even get a blanket even thought it was so cold. There was an old man bleeding from head to toe and no one was helping him for hours, he needed the bathroom and no one gave him a bed pan or helped him at all. It was so cold and they wouldn t even spare him a blanket. The beds were covered in hair and disgusting. I hope everyone reads this and really thinks before going there.

Doctor Mansour has treated the family with complete and utter disrespect. He refuses to talk to us, has not discussed any physical therapy or discharge plan (which clearly states in the patient handbook every 24 hours there should be a plan of action discussed to get the patient ready for discharge), the patient has a had biopsies and a number of other diagnostic tests that nobody seems to know the results of except for the physician who is not communicating with us. Pathetic and fraudulent the way this doctor is treating an 80 yr old man.

I went to Delray medical in an Emergency situation after a specialist visit previously in the day. After waiting for an hour in a triage room in what was the worst pain I've ever felt, I was then informed the "specialist on call did not answer the phone" and I would have to wait, they kept me waiting in a room and were almost afraid to tell me they could not help. The emergency situation called for immediate action and I was told the doctor on hand can not assist so I called my specialist and they told me to go to Wellington Hospital who swiftly resolved my complication.
A month goes by and I get a bill in the mail for nearly $700.00
I trusted Delray Medical to help resolve this and tried to dispute the charge but never received a call back after numerous attempts to resolve the dispute. Now I am left with a $700 bill that will go to collections even though the service was clearly not rendered.
I would suggest anyone to go to ANY OTHER Emergency Medical service before attempting to go here.
Terrible.

My stay at the hospital was excellent, the staff in the cardiology department made my stay there very enjoyable even though I was going through a very bad situation. Thank you from the bottom of my heart Haley, Tara, Katie, Jen, and Dr. Carrida.

ER staff shot me with geodone after being told repeatedly that I am allergic. Now I am at another ER with severe headaches as a result. Not to mention the medication was given outside of protocol as I was sitting calmly on my assigned bed. My wife and I have contacted an attorney to have the video pulled and obtain the name of the ordering physician and nurse. Horrible place. I've been there before and had one positive experience in over a dozen visits. The doctors are independent contractors and under separate liability than the hospital itself. Their collective 2 star rating on here says it all. Too bad they are the only other PBC trauma center along with St Mary's. Go to Boca east if you can. You'll receive much better care.

THIS HOSPITAL NEEDS TO BE INVESTIGATED AND POSSIBLY EVEN SHUT DOWN!!! My aunt was rushed in on sat. For a badly infected gall bladder. They made her wait til following friday which dr. Said made it so much worse and the infection had time to spread through her body. Not to mention i walk into her room several times to see they took her call button away put her cell phone in a drawer and shes a fall risk but she had to go to bathroom so bad n no way to call anyone shes sitting there crying. Then they finally take her to bathroom to never return to put her in bed. SHES A FALL RISK PEOPLE EVEN HAS A BAND ON HER WRIST SAYING SO. Thats abuse and neglect. The other dr. Even admitted to the family that they dropped the ball and shes lucky to be alive. This is an almost 70 something woman. You people should be ashamed of themselves THIS IS HOW YOU TREAT YOUR PATIENTS. Oh and took pics of the bed call button not plugged in and other device to call nurses had no batteries. How can you run a hospital like this better question is how are people allowing this hospital to stay open treating patients like this thank god my uncle works in er at Bethesda and was able to get some action taken but should never come to this. You cant treat peoples sick loved ones like this

My wife is enduring bullying and smart a** comments from some members of the third floor nursing staff.
Nurse Redhead with the thunder thighs, I'm talking to you ...my wife did not request to be transferred to a room with a very old - mentally deranged patient. The excuse was her vitals were out of whack ??? so it was decided to move her closer to the nursing station for closer evaluation ? and you have the nerve to whine about having to transfer her?

is that how you roll? you wait until a patient is doped up. THEN, START MAKING RUDE AND BELITTLING COMMENTS BEHIND HER BACK, transferring her to a shared room with a whiny hypochondriac, someone should stroll up there and teach you effing cowards some manners.

I am in the process of being pre-admitted for surgery early tomorrow am. I was called on Fri and told to report to the hospital by 11:00 for an 11:30 appointment today the day before. The person who called neglected to tell me the hospital has complimentary valet parking. I am parked in the multilevel garage on an upper floor. Being as I am have spine surgery tomorrow being able to valet would have made my life a lot easier. To add more insult to injury I wasn t seen by anyone until noon, an hour after my arrival. At present I have been sitting another 30 minutes waiting to speak to a nurse for further intake. Having surgery is stressful enough. The hospital should see to it they don t make matters worse for the patient. My surgery is scheduled for 7:30 am tomorrow. I am very concerned I will arrive at 6:30 am and still be waiting at 9 for my procedure. It is now going on 1:00. I have been here almost 2 hrs and about to cancel my surgery.

Terrible experience. I went here for a kidney stone and was told everything was covered by insurance and that only direct employees of the hospital would be treating me (I even wrote this on my intake sheet). Two months later I get a bill from them for for several thousands of dollars. When I told them I couldn t afford this I was sent to collections... this was three years ago and I am still trying to pay it off. They will have people call me occasionally saying they are going to try and rectify the situation but nothing ever comes from it. Beware do not go here! Also with a 2.2 rating for a hospital... you should be ashamed of yourselves.

Horrible Hospital
They employ rude and racist Cardiologist Dr. Carillo. They ignore the patients if you ask for anything. My daughter was in pain and explaining other issues. They just nodded their heads and walked out. Then they said the neurologist was on his way to speak to us. What shows up a nurse.
Not once did we see a Doctor. Plus they are contradicting a serious condition from a hospital that I trust. Couldn't get out of there fast enough. Going to another hospital.

As a recent resident of Delray Beach, the option of being rushed to a previously frequented hospital was dashed by the necessity of critical thinking. DMC opened their hearts and minds in stabilizing my pain and proceeding with the utmost testing, evaluation and surgical needs. Doctors Chaplin and D'Alessio and their surgical residents, Dr. Mo and Dr. Zang held my hand and heart for 23 days! The 24 hour non stop attention of the highly competent nurses made my stay a fight back to health!
Major thanks to the Mariha, Jillisa and Sara (Rm 125) & the two Jennifers, Janell ,Kameo, Elsa, Maggie (Rm4424) along with all the unselfish nurses who had a hand in my recovery....I love you all!

I have been hospitalized here since January and am located in the new tower building. Older comments seem to have been heard as the room is clean and bright with a (to me) big screen flat TV with 40 channels of Direct TV. The purveyor of food has changed very recently and is getting up to speed on the needs of patients and staff. You do not go to the hospital to have fine food, but creative names and nice presentation even make the jello appetizing. I applaud the dedication and professionalism of the nursing staff especially during this crowded flu season. The ER was fast to diagnose and recognize what I needed, especially since there are many aspects to my current stay, While capacity has increased, the wait for the room was not short, There is a new CEO for this institution and many changes are in store. This has been my hospital of choice over the last 5 years since I moved 5 years ago.

On August 5th 2020 I check into the ER to receive blood transfusion. My wife and I understood that this was a outpatient procedure. Instead (without our knowledge) they had me checked in as a patient to be examined by Doctors I didn t know. I was told to undress, later that I night the head nurse (ICU) Did an inventory of my personal belongings, and discovered that $60.00 was taken from my wallet. I was advised to call security. They were rude and obnoxious and never addressed my request for help..

You should have negative stars. You do not deserve one star. I spoke with Joshua today in the Medical Billing department. He was threatening and rude. Is this how you make your money? Not rendering services, not giving a patient a consent to perform services? I did not sign anything. No services were performed. Horrendous customer service. How do you employ people that are rude, threatening and condescending?

Best hospital in Del Ray, great recovery, lovely and friendly staff that took care of me all the way through. Awesome Surgeon that operated on me, colon and hernia surgery. Made accommodations for my vegan diet as much as they could. If I could give a 10 star rating I would!

This hospital is a joke. They never even sent a bill to me and sent multiple items to a collection agency. The people that work there are very rude and didn't even try and help me get the problem resolved. Really sad considering this is a place that is supposed to be helping people not making their lives more difficult.

Do not go to this hospital. They will tell you you have valid insurance and after you've had your tests your insurance is not accepted and send you a bill for 4000.00 dollars instead of the copay you agreed to. Worst experience even when you ask up front what you owe and if you are covered by a reputable company like Blue Cross.

If you wanted a great example of what bedside manner should not look like, feel free to stop by here. The only way to explain this ER would be "A absolute disorganized dumpster fire, that is next to a tire fire, that is right next to a gas station." The fact that I can't rate less than one star is disappointing. Everyone person I have spoken to about my experience has said almost the exact same thing. STAY AWAY, should have driven to Boca. PS- If this is a "training hospital" you should have someone that is competent with them. I could have just lit the $150 I used for my co-pay on fire having the same result of the service received.

The worst place ever. Nurses did not respond to patient. Patient had no care from attending doctors. He was put in the heart unit. Came in due to a fall at home with cellulitis. While there in developed a wound on his coxic bone that was not addressed. He was discharged to a skilled nursing home and he was not able to walk. P.t
Was only done one time. Horrible experience....i work for a doctor and would never recommend delray

Absolutely the worst care ever. Unfortunately I have Crohn's my pain level is currently through the roof and can't see GI until November 21. The staff is friendly but there must be a huge problem prescribing medications I could not even get prednisone and feel like a tiger tore my insides out. If you have auto immune run the other direction.

I have to say, Dr. Kristen Dunlap did a phenomenal job after my significant other came in through ER services for a horrible car accident. She was very knowledgeable, and compassionate. She was thorough and very efficient in treating all his immediate needs. There needs to be more MD's like her. Thank you Dr. Dunlap..you are truly amazing.

I hate it! I have been there several times for allergies and a broken wrist, and other things. The ER staff are so rude. The intake is quick but then once theytake your vitals I ALWAYS have to wait an hour for the DR for him not to even directly speak to me but only to the nurse in the room and then one more hour to get treatment and then three more hours after "diagnosis" to get discharged. I could have died and they wouldn't have cared when I was in there because my epi pen didn't work.

For a car accident they took me to that horrible place, they left me on a stretcher in the hall for hours, it took about 2 hours to give me something for the pain and a muscle relaxant that will surely cost me at least $ 1000 dollars, to the man who was on the stretcher that I show in the photographs he was given a hump container which he himself had to accommodate to use it and then lower it to the floor, the nurses and people who work there passed by without even thinking about moving or covering the container until we told him Someone who at any time someone was going to hit and water the urine (which smelled from where I was). The attention in that crazy hospital is horrible. He died of thirst and then repeatedly asked the assigned nurse, who answered that I had to ask the doctor if I could drink liquid (and never did) finally passed the doctor and asked him directly if he could drink water, he He told the nurse to bring me water which took his time (1 hour) and nothing, I finally stopped the stretcher and asked him where he could get water and without looking at me he asked me (thinking it was my friend who asked) "It's for you or for the patient" and I said in an annoyed voice, "It's for me, I'm the patient!" He brought me a glass of water that could not be drunk so my friend had to buy a bottle of water. They never assigned me a room, shouts of people were heard asking for help and the nurses got upset and complained against them. They made me a head and shoulder neck scanner, also X-rays and they wanted to do an MRI! After almost 7 hours I decided to leave because I already found the abuse too much, I don't want to imagine how much they will charge me for all that bad attention !!!

When to the emergency room for a cut on my upper lip. They gave me one stitch and told me I didn't have to come back do to the stich will disolve by itself, and three weeks had passed and the cup is close but I have and fell a bump inside my lip. This probably means that they didn't use a disolveble stich, I Don't know what's to do now, I Don't want to feel this anconfortable bump in my lip.

I have seen many mixed reviews but my experience was very positive. I came to the ER last night at 8pm and was immediately attended to and admitted. The staff was courteous, efficient, amenable and professional. Within a 2 hour time period I was treated and diagnosed. While everyone s situation is different I have nothing but positive things to say.

Individual employees are caring and attentive when they can be, but I found the system of care to be really disorganized in the Procedures took forever to be completed once ordered and I was nervous each time the doctor left how long it would be before we would see him again.

I went to the ER due to chest pain on 6/24/16. They tell me in the ER to fill out this form and have a seat. I sat 20 mins before I was admitted. In that time I could have dropped dead. I had to go up to the guard working at the desk and say do you realize this is a serious condition I have? I get admitted, they do a EKG, and the test results come back negative. Then all the nurses disappear. I don't talk to anyone for at least an hour or more. Then a nurse named Robert comes in and starts addressing me as buddy. I say to him you don't know me... call me by my name please. He doesn't like what I say, and suddenly I have a NEW nurse. Wow!! I get blood drawn and the person put the tourniquet around my blood pressure cuff. Really people?? The Doctor and nurses last night seemed like they could care a less about me. Very sad. Another thing. I had to ask the nurse to get the insurance person to come to my room and take my information. They forgot to do it!! On top of that the girl never came back to give me copies. So now I have to go there again and get my copies. Unbelievable. I saw patients laying in the ER hallway for 3 to 4 hours and not getting any help... when there was an empty bed right next to me. I will NEVER go back to Delray Medical or recommend this hospital to ANYONE. My wife even told me before we went there... are you sure you don't want to go to Boca Raton Regional Hospital? I said, I'm sure honey. What a HUGE mistake I made last night. NEVER AGAIN Delray Medical!! Unprofessional and Uncaring people at this hospital!

I wanted to say an extra Thank you to the nurses in the CCIU cardiac unit, Rachel, Lauren, Amy, Kenia and Cori for taking care of my dad after he had open heart surgery. You all were very attentive , nice, patient and always gave us updates on what was going on. You are amazing nurses! Thank you to Dr. Patel for saving my dads life as well. The PT and OT were great also, especial Dennis. Thank you again.

The best public hospital I've ever been to. I come...

The best public hospital I've ever been to. I come from Fairfax county - one of the wealthiest counties in the US. We have one of the largest hospitals in the county: $1 BILLION to run. Yes, BILLION. While they have great equipment and specialists of all kinds, if you think Delray Beach's staff are rude, the ones at Fairfax people are downright MEAN! Not only that, but you'll be sitting there for hours before you see anyone. At Delray the nurse's station is right next to the beds, so they can't avoid you even if they wanted to.

Nobody likes hospitals. You can't be in a more stressful situation. Private hospitals are always better, but among public hospitals I'd feel more comfortable at this one than any others I've been to.

If you're in the hospital you are obviously going thru hell. The people there are trying to help you. They are human and it's a tough job seeing human suffering all the time. Personally I try my best to be nice to them and I usually get rewarded with more attention and kind words. Sometimes you gotta be the squeeky wheel, but playing the sympathy card has given me better results than being the demanding customer.

If I could leave less I would. 6th hospital? That must be old because only the attending NP was decent. He was amazing actually and everyone should take a page from his book. The ER is a mess and the people working it are no longer human. They are evil robots. With no heart.
No compassion. Which is what should lead the medical field. I went in Friday and still I am having a nightmare trying to get somebody to call me with results and its Monday. Currently on the phone and getting no where. This is crazy. I'm around children. This is extremely important and I've been getting the run around on hold for the 7th time today and my call is already going on ten minutes on hold. This is sad. I wouldn't trust my life in thier hands. They dont care. Children really need my simple culture swab results. Never been so disappointed in a hospital. Hands down one of the worst ERs I've been too. And I've been to UCLA. Sad sad sad. Smells like throw up and that's what you sat in. The smell. I just need to know so that I'm not a risk and putting small children at risk but this place could care less.

Thank you, thank you, thank you.
You saved my husband s life.
He had a cardio-respiratory arrest in the ER
on Feb 14, 2019. He was resuscitated by your incredible professionals, spent weeks in the CCU, had heart surgery, then went to Step Down , and eventually to rehab. He consistently received remarkably competent, comprehensive, compassionate and superior professional medical and surgical care from nurses, doctors, therapists and the entire staff.
Because of Delray Medical Center we are both alive, my husband is continuing to recuperate at home (almost back to normal),
and we are celebrating our 51st Wedding Anniversary with our children and grandchildren today.

Terrible experience. For an admitted patient, there was no medical attention by a doctor all day long. Finally at 4PM without any medical attention, the patient left against medical advice . The reality is that he left without medical advice . To add to the problems, there was no meal last night and his established medications weren t administered at the correct times.

This hospital is awful. My father received terrible care and the hospital actually released him to a physical therapy place when they missed two medical issues he had. The nurses actually asked him about his medicine needs each time they came in to help him vs. Knowing what he needed. He now needs to be readmitted to a hospital just one day after being released to a pjysical therapy place. Doctors missed diagnosis this hospital should be shut down or taken over and needs desperate help

So, a couple of nights ago, I ended up in one of their satelite ERs with what was quickly discovered to be a bi-lateral pulmonary embolism - or, in laymans terms, a blood clot in my lungs.

Needless to say, this is a really, really bad thing. So, I was whisked away to this medical center for treatment. If you are curious as to how this is supposed to go, let me clarify from the last time I had one:

-manditory bed rest for several days so the clot doesn't break loose and kill you.
-figure out why it happened
-medication to help mitigate the pain

This is how they chose to handle it:
-bare minimum care to stabilize me
-sending me home at their earliest convenience because they had convinced themselves I was going to be "non-compliant" with any treatments because...reasons.
-talking to me as such because how dare I show up to their hospital uninsured.

Do not bother with this hospital. They will treat you like garbage, and then dance and sing about it.

Delray medical center is the worst.. All they care about is giving pills so they can bill you hundreds afterwards. They're impatient, have no coordination, don't talk to to you as a patient. The doctor don't wanna hear about your pain, or in another way you shouldn't brag about it. RN are asking you if you're gonna do it yourself. ER at an hospital shouldn't be a DIY service. The service is sucks but they won't forget to ask you to sign. I had my private insurance and I was treating that way, imagine someone without one. Bethesda or Boca hospital might be the best alternative for someone. Now I might see why they have such a low review rate
Juste Un autre service de merde

Having a hand in building a new wing of the hospital for the cancer center. That 25 feet below the surface where once the dirt is replaced the water will raise to 15 feet. So my job was to help apply waterproofing material to concrete.

After hearing what a family member is going though, I checked the reviews to see that the neglect, lack of compassion & communication is common practice here. Nurses not responding to call buttons then having an attitude when they finally check on the patient almost an hour later is truly horrible & unacceptable. Patient advocates are difficult to reach making family who cannot be with their loved one feel helpless. This place should be investigated.

My wife was transferred to ICU, where she had the most wonderful care. The nurse had only three beds to care for, and the staff was most attentive as were the medical staff. She was there for a week, then spend only 11 hours in Hospice where she died, peacefully. She was shown respect while there and the intensivist did everything possible. A family member was at her side for 12 hours a day. Thank you!

Our dad recently passed away due to COVID and was hospitalized for a couple weeks here. The care he got during his illness was exemplary. The staff was attentive and compassionate. However, we have to give exceptional thanks to Nurses Laura and Rachel in the COVID/ICU for their unbelievable care and graciousness while our father was passing. They did not leave his side for one minute and accepted many, many calls from family members who wished to say goodbye but could not see him in person. They stayed by his bedside and held the phone for us to say goodbye and grieved along with us all. We cannot thank them enough for going above and beyond to help our family through this difficult time. These nurses deserve special acknowledgement for their professionalism and excellence in their fields.

I waited for 10 hours for what was thought to be a perforated colon. This was after my doctor notified them I was coming and needed to see a surgeon ASAP. The ER never even notified the surgeon until 9:30 at night and I was a 12. I did not see the surgeon until the next day. ER has no idea what they are doing.

Worst experience ever 1st went to annex on jog and lantana on 21,for stroke symptoms. The cat scan was done while I was half was sitting up and speaking, 30 seconds. They advised me to go to hospital, also 3 nurses had to work repeatedly trying iv. I went home because I heard disturbing things about delray
So I went last night after stopping at Anne's to request they send my test results, they said I needed and mri asap. We got to hospital and waited with other people for 30 mins while lobby was empty,I got in room and needed 3 more nurses try Unsuccessfully the iv again. This is er it is not acceptable not to know how to do this.i was told at 145vam I was waiting for cat scan I was in excruciating pain and offered tylenol. So at 530 am I called my husband to get me.there was an elderly woman waiting in hall for room for 10 hours, my blood was left in room table during the 5 hours I was there. I wish I read the terrible reviews, felt like I was in 3rd world country also my records were never sent over.Never Again, Stay Away!!!! And dont even think about billing me

This place is so grimy and the staff are so unorganized. I came in with lounge problems and three different nurses and doctor's came in and mad me take deep berths even though I'm in Paine every time I do so. The staff has no idea what is going on and what the other has done. Iv been to allot of hospitals and this is the worst iv been to so far. Absolutely horrible AVOID THIS DEATH TRAP!

This place is more of a nightmare than a place to help you get better. I've been here since 6:30pm thursday and it is now 5am Friday and I haven't been admitted or seen by a doctor. The attention they give, many could die in this place from the neglect. They just dont care about the patients. I've had aches, pains and excessive bleeding and the just ignore the issue. Board of health, OSHA and CDC need to make a surprise visit here
