Been with Harvey and EOS since he started the company in May 13 (6.5yrs), and worked with him and Brad for 7.5yrs before that at Freight Systems... if I wasn t happy, I wouldn t be here. They don t hold hands or treat you like a small child. I drive a beautiful truck, get plenty of miles and have a freedom I don t believe I d find anywhere else. At EOS we re a family. Dysfunctional LOL, but a family nonetheless.
Averaged 1900 miles per week, trunk had a lot of issues. The only thing that they would fix is what the dot flagged. They treat you like a o/o but def. don t pay you like it. I left the company after they tried to get me to run illegal and pick up a load at 10pm when my 14 was over at 7pm. Now that I have quit the company they put two different reports on my dac. With a few negative remarks on me. So I m glad I saved everything that was ever sent to me!!!!!!

Very unprofessional!! Both guards playing games on their phones, and their job wasn t as interesting as the games or the drivers!! They sucked!!

Do not work for this company. They will rip you off !!!! They will keep your last paycheck no matter what they say. I will now be seeking a attorney. They start you off with some decent miles then they hire other new people and then take away miles from you. Then when your not making the money no more and you wanna quit they keep your last check. STAY AWAY !!!!!!!!! If I could give zero for a rating a would !!!!!!
Carriers be carefull when booking a load with them. They will make your truck to wait 12 hours and at the end will never pay dettetnion. Guy's Name Joe Parker is totally unproffesional and rude. BE CAREFULL
This company is the worst I have ever been ashamed to have any dealing with, what a joke! Don t walk away from this company run! They will lie and cheat you to death thinking they are superior. The military organizations have already heard about this place I should have done better reasearch.
I used to work there, they were great to work for. But since leaving there I have not received my W2, called multiple times and written several times. Always same answer, we mailed it but it never comes. No one there can take a few minutes to just give me the information needed or just email it to me. All I need is their EIN number. Lousy way to do business
This review is for EOS Logistics. We booked a load with Joe Parker for our reefer trailer. He had the load posted as van or reefer and knew we had a reefer. Of course once the truck got there he was told they would not load a reefer and that they had this problem all the time with EOS sending in reefers. I called for Joe and he would not come to the phone but had another guy talk to me. He said they never told us we could use a reefer and when I told him I had the screen shot to show him he said he didn't care and hung up. Very poor business, dishonest and low class. I would not recommend using these people.

Going on my six month here, Our detention time is low, Our miles promised have been paid. And as an owner operator after 90 days I was able to pay all my bills on time and start saving. I think from my driving manager, to the safety director, and owner they are doing the right things to make me feel important and wanted in an over the road position and outfit I wanna call home.
I m not going to give it five stars because it s not a perfect place. But what s perfect in trucking? Me and my wife have worked for EOS for over three years and it s been a good place to drive at and once you learn the people and they learn you it s as good or really better than most I ve known in my 20 + years of driving.
E.o.s is a great trucking company with lots of miles for both the lease purchase and the company drivers that want to work. They're going to work on getting you home. Keep in mind communication and hard work. If you like to work check out today and if you wanna play around,then stay at home. I mean that's what we all want,but no company is perfect or you wouldn't be looking here. If you want it,come and get you some.
They don t care about there drivers then if you do have a problem good luck getting ahold of any one they don t answer there phones

I love love this place, I have never worked for better people, a great family to be part of, I am blessed to have found them. Great loads, minimal waite times, mostly drop and hook, and great equipment.
