Not only Dell, all R & D companies demand a lot. If you are into hardcore research you don't have much time for recreational activities. But, who knows ? You might be a part of a project/invention which might be the next big thing !
Dell provides a lot of opportunities to expand your knowledge and you will be working with some of the best thinkers. So life will be awesome.

Pros:
Great employee engagement culture - Great policies to keep employees happy - Challenging work environement

Cons:
Bad management - No value for individual voice - Political workplace

Advice to Management:

Pls take care of your employees - They do so much for your growth

Best place to work, and nice Tech Park in the city.

Very good environment to work...When I say environment, I'm not talking about the internal work culture. I'm talking about the location which is very secured and with good ambience.

One way in and out for this tech park, Dell is located at the dead end of the park, long way to go in and come out

Best place to work for.. they need to have sports center for there employees.
