Dell provides a lot of opportunities to expand your knowledge and you will be working with some of the best thinkers. So life will be awesome.

Pros:
Great employee engagement culture - Great policies to keep employees happy - Challenging work environement

Cons:
Bad management - No value for individual voice - Political workplace

Advice to Management:

Pls take care of your employees - They do so much for your growth
