I know that VVE management is often a hassle, but Delair takes the cake. I myself recently moved, but unfortunately I haven't gotten rid of Delair yet. They still keep an amount in their management until the last annual accounts have been approved. The meeting in which this should be arranged would be called out in April / May, after many reminders and promises that it has still not happened now (end of Sept). There is no response to e-mails, promises on the phone no longer exist once they hang up and the administration is a mess. The latest annual accounts contained several errors (with financial consequences). Substantial damage that we believe is covered by the insurance will, after many requests, but not be submitted to the insurer, but charged to our reserve without communicating this. And with multiple administrative errors, you get the response that their system cannot do otherwise. I hope they get their affairs in order one day, but until then I would stay away from Delair or always check everything very carefully.

Communication has left a lot to be desired with this company, especially in the last 2 years. Urgent matters are not dealt with or are handled with great difficulty. This also applies to emails and phone calls. And let it be true that what we want and should expect from this company is not that difficult at all.
