Excellent staff.... highly professional doctors and nurses. They are very kind and generous.

Terrible experience at the PS that I had to visit last Sunday with my son for a tonsil stone which was hurting him a lot. The only good thing was that being Sunday it was deserted and I even parked inside. However, the doctor did not have the faintest idea of what to do: he tried to reach the tonsil with a kind of soft stick holding the cell phone in the other hand to get light (sic). Obviously in this way he was unable to combine anything and after two listless attempts he gave up saying that we had to come back the next day when there was an ENT. He gave him two vials of ibuprofen and sent us away. Since it was all deserted, some more effort might have done so. Never seen so little experience, desire to do, and equipment in a PS: not even a headlamp to illuminate the affected area (but a cell phone)! I wonder what they are able to do if one arrives with serious problems.
The next day, the ENT (also young and inexperienced) tried to remove the stone but without much more success than the colleague of the PS. He was kind, at least, but he left pretty much everything there and sent it away in pain, with the calculation still almost intact, without a follow-up visit, without a prescription, with nothing. As the area became more and more sore and inflamed, I was forced to have it seen in private the next day and I solved the problem. The two visits to the Burlo were a total waste of time. Stay away if you can.

Worse and worse! The PS is nil the doctors are too young and left there to do damage my daughter is terrified every time we have to go there ... the last time for an earache the doctor washed her with boiling water and burned her letting out blood, he called his superior who told us it was normal and they sent us home. We had to go to Monfalcone

Not a convenient place to wait for the lines. But, the doctors and all of health care provider gave me excellent services; friendly, fast response, also give satisfying explanation and understanding.
