This firm is full of extremely knowledgeable attorneys who i can say truly listen to your case and you can see the genuine care they have. I personally spoke with Attorney Goodwin which I found to be trustworthy, I really appreciate their honesty and everything they have done for me . I can see why they re named one of the best criminal defense firms! I couldn t recommend them more!

I met with Selina at LVDG recently. A worried and nervous expression just soaked through my face. Never has there been a possibility that I may need a criminal defense attorney in my life. What I did, I did not benefit from and did it for the sake of an elderly person. She spoke to me kindly and affirmatively. Never passing judgement. She sat and listened to my concerns, we walked through the worse case scenario and the best should the situation escalate to my needing a defense attorney. Cons: Staff is unprofessional, you don t know who is handling your case, staff lacks communication skills. I went to their office, sign, and paid 50% of the total fee. Nancy and Michael assisted me and assured that my husband s case was easy since they deal with gambling cases. When I would call, the office refused to speak to me because it wasn t my case, even after my husband called and emailed them stating that I was the person to speak to, they would say yes to him but NO to me. Every month they automatically took their payment from my account, but refused to speak to me. When my husband send them an email requesting they contact him so he can pay them, the stupid receptionist took it as, Take the payment from my wife s credit card.

My husband still had to pay the court and obtained a misdemeanor for gambling fraud.

What happens in Las Vegas stays in Las Vegas Defense Group. They resolve my case very quickly.

Once they had our money the only representation we received was Michael Castillo appearing in court and never fighting for my son with many excuses, He excepted a 9 month continuance without consent from my son or me. Las Vegas Defense Group has cheated my son out of his right to due process. These attorneys are vultures they are preying on innocent people who are trying to get legal representation for their loved ones. Michael Castillo is dishonest, and very passive to the court room and prosecutors . Sadly I am sure that my son is not the only victim of this inadequate, legal representation. Michael Becker was no better when we expressed our concern about Michael Castillo having no knowledge of my son case at all. Michael Becker discussed that the strategy was going to be to wing it, this is a murder case. He did not want to hear what we had to say about Michael Castillo, they just want your money. Once you sign you have basically signed away the rights of your loved one. Michael Becker Was rarely available and also knew nothing about my sons case when he finally attempted to make an effort.

I would recommend this law firm. They represented me in my reckless driving case in 2019. They where able to attend both court apperances for me and drop the case down to an illegal parking ticket and a $500 fine. The price they charge is relatively higher then most. I wont say how much for their privacy and potential future business I wont disclose the exact amount, but you get what you pay for. Thank you guys!

At a first impression I was very impressed with the office these criminal defense attorneys have. They think about the clients comfort while waiting to speak to someone. The area, entertainment, snacks, coffee, all of it. Better yet the consultation was free and its actually with an attorney. The price they quoted me was the least I had heard after visiting 3 other firms. Which was odd because they had the NICEST office.
