You do not find much advice from your employees, but I hope to fix this issue as quickly as possible, and in tents the price is the same for a few months, but the rest is good!

You find almost everything you need. Nice staff, eager to help you even if, I noticed after that, they also have a lot of work on the shelves.
These lines were written in August but I came back now towards the end of the year and I will write you a few lines and now the opinion has changed:
If until recently I was satisfied with this store, I'm really glad that it exists in our city, this time I was very dissatisfied with a few things: 1. Personally, I found only one lady from whom I could find some information, the other employees seem to be hiding.
2. The information was partial, I was sent to an "island" with a single product, not to the shelf where I can find several variants of the same product, from which I can choose.
3. Although there is a security guard at the entrance, no one informed me that shopping from other stores is not allowed and I was later approached by another person from the security staff in an ugly way, to leave the store and return, but no shopping.
4. Low prices are for low quality products
5. Regarding the organization of the store, I do not agree with the arrangement of the houses, namely: we all stand in one queue even if there are two houses open and when you approach, although the coin is struck on social distance, wants to go to the second house must pass a short distance from the person in the first house (it is possible that person is accompanied by someone else, so ...)

Poor organization of the staff .... 4 cashiers present, a single open house, with 10 clients in the queue ... the personnel from the shelves area does not seem to understand that they must show attention first of all to the client .... prices enough large for most products.

Although the goods are of a great diversity, generally of good quality (basically this chain of stores sells like any other store goods produced by others) in the store in Craiova I encountered a typical Romanian situation. On 07.05.2018 I wanted to buy a camping shower tent. Among the offers that appeared on the net, the one from Dechatlon stood out! As this chain of stores has a relatively low coverage, only 18 counties being covered with 1 store plus 4 in Bucharest, I searched for the store closest to my location and found the store in Craiova. Checking the availability of the product at that store I found that there are 2 products in stock. I made the reservation, I received by email the confirmation of the reservation and in the morning of 08.05. 2018 I received a phone call from a worker of that store informing me that one of the two products in stock got lost and could not be found !!!! (product as small as a toothpick, I wonder what chaos is in the records of this store! ) and the second product is exposed and is not sold (only this company has as object of activity the exhibition of products and the advertisement of how the sale of sporting goods). He transferred me to a colleague and I was notified that my reservation is canceled and that in the future they will receive the product, so I can call to be interested. Along with the fact that many products are not available for online orders (which is the reason only a locked-in official within the company can answer) I have the impression of a total disinterest, a gross lack of professionalism, a more than defective management. I don't know if the French owner of this chain of stores knows the indolence and incompetence of the workers from Romania and especially from Craiova, a locality where I also had unpleasant experiences at the Peugeot office and at another company whose name I don't remember.

Today I went to the Decathlon Craiova store to review the bike purchased 3 months ago. At the store's service I was greeted by Mr. Bogdan who was very kind and showed a lot of professionalism in solving my problem. I recommend the store for both the quality of the products and the kindness of the employees! Thank you!

If there are promotions for the company's products, such as Nike, Puma, Adidas..it is ok ... otherwise it seems to me that they are Chinese.

Wide range of sports products. The supply is a bit outdated but I don't think in the long run.

The first time I was in Decathlon through Italy. It wasn't with us. It's good that it's with us now :) Sports products ... almost all related to sports and camping.
