I love to dress in this store not expensive and fashionable.

Love Debenhams they have great clothes for everyone some upmarket and some more my price jewelry perfumes shoes etc are good

Quality product and fair price, good customer service.

This was OK. But as cannot try things on, would have to take back if no good

Disappointed as I had received a 10% off code for cardholders only to find out that the offer didn't start till the day after although it started that day on line. A good way to drive people out of their stores. I like the stuff they sell but some of their methods leave a lot to be desired.

Staff were friendly and tried to be helpful. We went for lunch arriving at 12.10pm only to find 4 ready made sandwiches available. Staff offered to make us one but there was only cheese or cheese and tomato. The children's food cart only had 2 pkts of sandwiches (cheese again). We chose to have jacket potatoes but there was only one with a 15min wait for the second (obviously microwaved).
I like the restaurant, it is pleasant and clean. The food is reasonably priced but if they want customers to return they need to have more supplies.

Great department store. Everything under one roof. Perfect place for gifts at any time of the year, but particularly at Christmas! Delicious food in the restaurant and a good variety of dishes to choose from.

Debenhams is always good for a good shop. Unfortunately l always spend more than l intend.

Decent store over two levels with lifts and escalators has different departments within and also different small shops not a very good range for men and childrens ware more womens and jewellery perfume like many Debenhams stores although worth a nosy around.

Left my wallet on the counter after spending 6 hours shopping with the Mrs for our holidays . I'm just glad my head doesn't come loose as I would have left that , come on chaps you all know what I mean.
It has restored my faith in human nature as after being bullied by the Mrs to ring the Doncaster store and admit my stupidity ( only brought on by hours of does this go with this or does this make me look fat ,you all are thinking it but darnt say) I dare cos she's gone to bed,I was amazed when to my surprise the girl who served me had handed it into security .thankyou Lauren knightly ( I hope I've got the name right ) you weren't working and they wouldn't let me leave a pressie . But thank you I will see you after my jollies xxx

I bought a coat this morning from Principles, looked at two of the same coats. I arrived home (10 Miles away) to find it was the wrong size, rang Debenhams up who contacted the store and I spoke to one of the staff. The young lady found the correct size and put it away for me to collect. Now that's what I call great costumer service. Thank you

You can always get what u need in debenhams and during this covid 19 staff were exceptional

No disabled access past 1st floor also the listing suggesting luggage storage is false

Love Debenhams and this branch especially as staff and service are the best. They cannot do enough to help.

They have had a change round looks better not so tired. If you have time you can get some really good bargains. The cafe is good but good do with a slight makeover.

Typical Debenhams. Can't fault the store and staff, but the company need to change or they will not last.

I have always found the staff at Debenhams to be very helpful and they will go the extra mile if you have a problem. Discussing this with another woman in the store, she agreed that Debenhams and John Lewis had very well trained staff.

All children's clothes are all pink, and for my 11 year old child I find that sexist and they don't fit her age

Excellent service in the men's department. Trying on shirts then ordering them online arriving on the store the next day.
The staff were very helpful, helping me to order my size on their online ordering system.

There was a good selection of shirts, shoes and 'Man bags.' With makes such as Jasper Conran, Jeff Banks and Fred Perry.
I will be returning the next time I'm working Doncaster.
