Lovely department store fantastic sale offers.
Shame the cafe was closed and annoyingly so were the loos

Spacious clean department store, heaving a good verity of quality items which are a must on offer days. The restaurant is very popular.

I love Doncaster Debenhams as i can always find what i need in one shop.Lots of choice of designer wear for different occasions for reasonable prices .

Always enjoy visiting the restaurant and buying goods. My only problem is the awful repetitive music played. Play a variety of music from 60s and customers will linger longer.

Difficult with a wheel chair to see everything and no 22 plus size for the classy older bigger lady. So if your on the x large size give them a miss.

Good shopping experience. Had to return an item bought a few days ago and there was no problem

Lovely shop and a valued focal point for the Frenchgate Centre.

Debenham at doncaster at French gate is a good shopping centre .the eating place in deb hams was ok.some of the staff needed to pay more attention when people needed serving just kept talking to one another nowing you was waiting to be served.tables was getting well stacked up with pot to. If you go in the multi store car park make sure you take the correct exit out be cause you will be heading the wrong way for home.

Excellent service. I was allowed to buy a pot of tea near closing time at 4.30pm and was told I could sit in their cafe diner til store closing time at 5.30pm which I call excellent customer service.

I have been here many times. Bog standard department store, with all the usual features. Nothing distinctive to differentiate it from others. There is no other similar store in this large town & it is in the main indoor shopping complex. For most specific items you would be better to go to the appropriate specialist shops.

We are regular shoppers in the store but the restaurant let's it down the service is very slow and if you have hot food as we did by the time you have queued for a drink and checkout the food was cold they need to find a way for hot food buyers to sit down with hot food having ordered drinks at same time as choosing and paying for the food instead of queuing behind people just buying drinks

Lights went off it was chaotic down stairs were evicted upstairs held hostage until lights came on several years later. Kept mentioning emergency power but I think it was code for something else

Roomy and spacious, plenty of good bargains wuth great Christmas display, excellent cafe.

This Debenhams the staff did not have very good customer service.

Service was non existant despite standing at counter to be served on at least two occasions and many items unpriced no one able to give price

The ladies on the perfume department was so helpful Very professional

A very poor service and department in coast asked for a dress saving made a special trip the dress was all marked I had thrown better conditions stuff away, staff very unfriendly and unhelpful advised if I didn t buy the dress with 15% off it would be written off. Definitely what I wanted to hear!!!!!

Looking a little tired and clothes choice seems to be 'safe" rather than exciting. Not a lot to attract.

Good Debenhams store in the Frenchgate centre. Debenhams seem to permanently have a sale on so got some good quality items at bargain prices. The cafe was lovely and cool and a nice oasis to chill a bit to regain your strength for more shopping! There are nice toilets adjacent to the cafe too.

Bit over powered with heating good service well stocked

Breakfast was good except herby sausage, dont like but that's just my preference. Great store too, usually find a bargain in the sales.

Everything I need was in stock and staffs are very friendly and helpful I I've the 5 stars

Parking is easy too, and just watch out for old people going wrong way!

Was followed around the scents section whilst looking for spice bomb . Made me feel like a criminal

Great choice of swim wear in combined sizes. Some real bargains to be had if you are sale savvy. Good choice of labels and styles for all ages.
