In the cafe To many staff only one with a smile all other dont look happy at work stood around talking. Not be back sorry debenhams shame going down hill need a big improvement

Can be expensive for stuff but is good for when any sales are on clothing

Well stocked with easy access from the multistorey car park. Clean with a good restaurants and toilets

I'm not giving the store 2 stars it's the restaurant. Had a breakfast awful wouldn't recommend. Not sure about there dinners .won't be going back.

Lovely store with lots of choice in all departments.

Massive retail shop with all the glitz and glamour you would expect in a shopping mall. Clean, tidy with bright lights... lifts to parking levels in store too.

Don't visit very often but always have what I'm after

First time I had been to this Debenhams in the Frenchgate Shopping Centre in Doncaster. Situated next to a reasonably priced multi-storey car park the store can be accessed directly from the car park lift. Spacious lay out (I find the Leeds store very cramped and claustrophobic) with good selection of merchandise and friendly staff (at least compared to Staines which seems on the brink of closure with sparse stock levels and staff who it seems would rather not be there).
There were a few shoppers taking advantage of the January sales despite it being a rainy Tuesday morning. Will definitely go back.

Awful customer service from the young man with glasses and mousey brown hair on the upstairs men's till today. I took the item to a different till where a lovely young female assistant gave me the correct service. Unfortunately I didn't get the character's name but witnessed him being rude to a man ahead of me about some nectar points he was trying to spend instore as well. Seemed like a jobsworth, the store would be better off without him.

Was disappointed, found things expensive, and choice for men not very good, i was looking for a casual shirt needless to say i Didn't find anything.Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Didn't have the bag I wanted but plenty of other stock

Good choice of clothes good food, toilets available. Plenty of Christmas selection to buy

love shopping here great bargains and staff so friendly and helpful something for everyone

Not much to say, went in for a drink. Staff were pleasant, the drink was nice. If you need a break during a shopping trip you could do much worse.

Too hot too shop in no air , staff were nice and understanding.

Very nice well laid out department store. Friendly and helpful staff. Picked up a fine Newsboy cap and had a good sandwich at the same time.

Car parking with out going outside. Plenty of space to walk around

Love debs but my near 17yr old son loves it more for Levi jeans!!! Oh boy

Great products and location as well, next to Doncaster Station.

Everyone there was so nice towards me when I needed some help to find my foundation colour a lady helped me who gave me a free bag a sample of my foundation and many more.

Good middle of the road shop. Customer service very good.

Debenhams is ok for clothes shopping but could do with a make over to keep up with other stores still trading

store is great, only exceptions is the high prices (although that should be expected in this store) and most of the staff look down upon anybody who looks less middle class than them.

Lifts very busy as normal have to go up to come down from the car park

This is a review of the cafe only. I must admit I was in a bit of a rush as I wanted a quick coffee and then go to another shop before it closed. I ordered a regular americano for 2.15. They asked did I want milk or cream with it. I asked for low fat milk and it wasn't a problem. The coffee was decent. The view is decent as well, if you look in the distance, below is the train tracks. I asked for a 2nd bit of milk for my coffee and that was no problem. friendly service.

Dispointed in this store i used my debenhams card once at the make up counter .. and a few days later i notice on my statement with new day they had split the amount i paid plus added more on wen i had 10% already off so i ended up paying full price in the end .. its wrong if u pay say 62.00 it should stay at that & they shouldnt beable to split your bill and add more on and take your discount off once youve paid and used ya card once nit twice

Such a huge shop, unfortunately a bit too expensive for me to buy much in but good for a look around and I hear their cafe is rather nice, also good for Christmas presents if you can afford to splash out! I also think their bra's are very good.

Clean toilets, great range of games downstairs. Nice staff. People should recognise Debenhams more, this store is a role model.

I went in to the store fully intending to buy a coat id seen in the wallis section. The size i wanted wasnt out so looked for a member of staff to ask for another size. After waiting 15/20 minutes trying to get someone who was working on the wallis part id lost all intetest n bought a coat somewhere else. Not just shocking but non existing customer service. Id rather have not given a star at all but it wouldn't let me put my comment on.

A shadow of the store ot used to be due to closure and a vast amount of tat from other stores they are trying to shift.

Picked up some clothes that I had ordered online. It was an easy process, the girl that dealt with me was very pleasant.

Great range of clothes, keenly priced and a big sale on as well at the moment... also large home wear section kids clothes and an entire floor of women's wear for the wife to look at while i sit bored having spent two minutes selecting and buying my items.

Smells great and provides brilliant lift access to the car park.

Expensive but you can buy some lovely clothes or go to the restaurant food is good

The store is great but there was too many empty shelfs

I had a nice surprise today. I'll come more often.
