Purchased a stove believed to be a MABE brand and it was not and defected almost making my re built home explode. I purchased a stove to be sent to my home in El Salvador and paid $900. When I finished my home and finally used it the oven got extremely hot almost burning my hand by touching it the amount of heat that was coming out was so dangerous I could not use it anymore. The letters even came off because of how hot it was. When I called they sent someone to come see it and they said I needed to use gloves and also need to use either the stove or oven when turning on. The contract had an original part and serial number that was not the same as the one I received. Also the name brand of the Oven was in the wrong place. The guy opened the back and there was a dead rat. My home has never has rats in it. They said there was nothing they would do. I cam back and have been fighting with the salesman and Store Manager (Mynor) of Derden's who again very rude said we will do nothing for you! Even the department manager said I am not doing anything for you. the following has been violated The Federal Commission Act, The Product Liability was violated as this was not stated during the sale. The Product Safety Law was violated as there was no warning stickers letting the consumer know the amount of heat the oven would give that could cause third degree burns and potentially explode the propane tank, Part 13-Retailer Part 14-Risk of Injury Part 16- Third Party Logistic Provider. Part 17B- Common Carriers, contract carriers, third party logistic provider, and freight forwarders.
I have videos of the amount of heat coming out and the proof of the amount of damage it can do if touched I also have videos of all the times I went in and the sales and store manager refusing to help and recorded calls saying there is nothing they will do. Deardens needs to pick up their defected stove "Mabe"and return my money. I already got the real Mabe stove and you can tell I was given a false one, VERY DANGEROUS YOU COULD HAVE KILLED MY FAMILY!! Legal actions will be taken and class action if necessary to make sure no one else has been affected if money is not returned and Media will be included with videos and photos

Warning! Whom ever shops at any deardens stores ask upon receiving item if it's new because they will give you a display item with out even telling you! And these stores are way over priced.

Great place, but I did notice that stock is very cheap and the store is not too crowded.the staff was very wise, helpful to me.
