We really like this hotel. 2 comments prevented giving it a 5 Star. Hotel was NOT FULL, yet we were placed on the side of the hotel closest to the train. By the time we were awakened by the train the 1st morning, we felt settled in and didn't want to request a change of rooms. We booked the floor with Exec. Lounge access (loved it in prior years!). I understand things are different with COVID, but the small amount of fresh food available for breakfast and evening receptions appeared unappetizing. Packaged items like muffins, yogurt, granola bars, etc were fine. Fresh items (veggies, dips, cheese/crackers, breakfast burritos, pizza for breakfast (?)) all looked fairly unappetizing; no attention to presentation and no label on the chafing dish. Saw a small amount of fresh fruit twice on our stay. Wondered daily if we were getting leftovers from the hotel restaurant. Also no non-dairy milk for cereal or creamer for coffee. Still would likely stay there again but would lower my expectations.

Nice hotel. Big, airy atrium is a good gathering place. Stayed here with 125 people for a weekend retreat. Service was good, staff very friendly. Rooms are nice, spacious and quiet. Some good dining options nearby. The breakfast in the lobby was also good. Pool, hot tub and exercise room

Friendliest and professional hotel staff of our entire cross country trip! Clean and well maintained guest room and common areas especially during pandemic.

Guys if you are going to allow dogs you must know how to clean the rooms properly after that guest/dog leaves. Couch and chair had hair on it. Pillows smelled like dogs.
Bathtub had mildew on it. Things simply are not kept up.

The staff has been very helpful and courteous throughout stay. The room is very clean and nice view of mountains

Just minutes from downtown closer than any other hotel in the area. I am checking out this morning but will definitely stay here again when back in town. My thanks to everyon!

The hotel staff go above and beyond to meet your needs. They are friendly, helpful and accommodating. The hotel was clean and relaxing. If you will be spending time at the hotel, there is plenty of space to relax and enjoy the atmosphere.

This is a very nice hotel. Quick check in with a very pleasant team member helping me out. Very clean. Very quiet. Rooms are well maintained.

Lowering the review to for stars... The AC was not working. Otherwise a great hotel.

Nice place... quite clean and well maintained. Most of the staff is very nice and friendly. Breakfast was really good. They do charge for self parking which we didn't think was good but other than that it was a nice place.

I walk in and the front desk didn't even look at me when I asked to check in. Their rooms had two temperatures setting for air. No up or down. I was hot all night. Their windows would not open. When I went to use lotion it was mostly empty. They left used products in my room.
