It is clear that the dissatisfied customers do not bother to post a review, because I cannot imagine that a company that deals with its customers as with us will only receive positive reviews.
Do not be fooled by the low prices, because that also means that if your new furniture is delivered with damage, they will do nothing, noppes, nada for you. We bought stuff for more than 1000 euros, and each piece of furniture had scratches where your nail sticks or there was even a whole piece of paint. We then addressed this, after which we first received no response at all, after several repeat emails were sent a gray permanent marker, while firstly this is not the same color and moreover it is not as thick as the paint layer, so it remains a buts and Nico then indicates that it should be that way, even though the show model was clearly undamaged, then I really don't know anymore.
There is clearly careless handling of the stuff and if one does not want to look for a suitable solution, in my view as a company you have no right to exist.
So if you're planning to spend a significant amount and expect some service from there, I'd spend a little more and shop with the competitor.
