The estate alone is worth a visit, it is full of art, fun texts and twists of thoughts that stimulate your mind to creativity and to see the world and your work with different eyes. The perfect place for a seminar or course from De Baak. And then also delicious coffee and fine cuisine during your course.

The estate is large and optimally equipped with accommodation for lectures, meetings, company outings, etc. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Facilities are sufficient. The area is beautiful!

Nice hotel. The rooms are neat, the staff friendly and the breakfast good and extensive. The entire estate is nicely set up with all kinds of art and nice seats. A few minor drawbacks: There was tea in the room but no coffee. And the windows were very dirty, and I don't mean the dust on the outside, but the large amount of handprints on the inside.

Strategically located estate with nice rooms. Also plenty of room for 1 person accommodation. Good, complete breakfast and friendly staff. Price - quality is good for me. Here and there also nice creative texts in the garden.

Had a very nice stay. Extra advantages for the hostess who provided breakfast for us. She was enthusiastic, cheerful and above all very friendly and attentive. They were also always asked whether everything was satisfactory and whether there was still enough available on the table. We experienced this as very pleasant. Compliments!

Beautiful setting on a beautiful estate. We stayed in the new (er) buildings Eb en Vloed. Pleasant rooms with a very big disadvantage, a so-called open toilet .... Undoubtedly well intentioned by the inventor, but definitely not pleasant if you stay in the room together. Besides the fact that such a thing was (in my opinion) stupidly invented / designed, I honestly wonder who the hell gives permission for this ... Breakfast was decent in these Corona times, but then again I wonder why the place should look like some kind of glorified sports canteen; absolutely no atmosphere in or decoration of the room, a glass door to the kitchen where the cooks were very busy (especially with loud talking ...). All in all a lesser experience, unfortunately

The 2 * only relate to the very moderate and thumbs up budget room with a bumpy and sagging mattress. The breakfast is good, the estate beautiful (despite the now really obsolete kretology on walls and posters of the coaching owner of the estate). I strongly advise against the budget room. More than 60 for a moderate student room that is clearly ready for a complete renovation is more than 30 too expensive. Before you book, first ask if the flaking ceiling has been repaired, as well as the moisture between the double windows and whether the extremely poor combined shower / toilet section of 1 by 2 meters is suitable for use as a serious sanitary. If you are not used to it, you will feel at home here.

Wonderful place to spend the night! Luxury and affordable. Stayed with my daughter after a day of shopping in Utrecht. With 20 minutes we were in the center of Utrecht. Next day I went to the Bodyguard in the Beatrix theater. Super enjoyed in the luxury hotel room with bathtub. Recommended!

Nice location with beautiful (meeting) rooms. Friendly hostesses. Route but the parking area is a bit different, seems on cycle path but just keep following. Many people were wrong because of this

The estate is beautiful, the staff friendly and the breakfast good to very good. But the budget room is very moderate to poor and not recommended. It is far too expensive for what is offered. 30 euros would be a price that matches the quality and for that money breakfast should be included.

Nice and quiet region and nice spot to stay. Breakfast very good. Very friendly staff. Powerful internet. The very modern hotel rooms were not that much our favorite however. Rooms were looking very nice but were very unpractical in use. Bath room and sleeping room without any separation wasn't convenient.

Nice location, very spacious and a nice space garden. Reception was friendly and the staff looked after the day well. Meeting rooms were nicely spacious and exuded a lot of atmosphere. Highly recommended.

Hostess Milly in the restaurant is an absolute winner! Environment beautiful, lots of greenery and wonderfully quiet. Landgoed de Horst beautiful from the outside, less internal communication there is much room for improvement. Furthermore, moderate hotel service and hotel facilities. Experienced employees do their best. But it just isn't always the case and that's a shame. Meeting and training service and facilities excellent!
