We recently had occasion to take in an older Ulysse Nardin watch, as we were having some functional problems, which surprised us in such a fine watch. The staff at the Boca Raton store was from central casting: they were knowledgeable, gentlemanly, and had extreme patience for their clients. I wish to mention in particular Richardo Baeza, who listened to our narrative and took the time to explain how resizing and other treatment of the watch could have resulted in damage to the band and other elements. He made a tremendous amount of sense, as did the chief watch maker at the Glades Road office to whom we had spoken before. These men represent their company superbly, and have impressive professional grasp of the Ulysse Nardin line, past and present. Mr. Baeza recommended a completer refurbishment, and the watch came back truly like new, for a very reasonable fee. We came away very satisfied with our experience. Many thanks to Richardo!.
