Neatly registered on time. However, it was only 20 days before the start date of the study program that there was little interest in the south of the Netherlands, asking whether I would like to start the study program in Utrecht or whether I would like to postpone it half a year. In particular, the almost playful manner in which the telephonist spoke to me about communicating this has struck me badly.

An excellent organization with experienced coaches. I have taken several courses that have helped me a lot. The courses contain a pleasant mix of theory and practice.
Did not know of this company, untill they dropped a catalogue as big as an old fashioned telephonebook in my mailbox. Nice way to wast time paper and money guys!

Until 2 years ago I would give 5 stars but since I am already disappointed for the umpteenth time by a message that another course cannot be started in Rotterdam due to too few registrations, my experience with ICM has become increasingly disappointing . I can understand like no other that it is a financial issue, but this is the umpteenth time. Do not offer the training, because people who would like to participate in it also make an annual plan based in part on this type of training!
I took a three day practical management course at ICM. I was very satisfied with the content, the online environment and the interpretation by the trainer. C. van Boxel was my trainer, he feels the group well and fills the three days with practical assignments. This makes it very clear. His energy in combination with the teaching materials ensure that it comes across as well and lingers. I have learned a lot from it. Highly recommended. And a big thumb for the trainer.
Last week I followed the course Dealing with Aggression. How much I have learned here. I work at an MBO school and have benefited greatly from this course. I can take the learned material into my work. The trainer "Rick" who gave the course captivated everyone well and kept the attention of the fellow students. Great how he gave this training. Marijke
From 1 to 4 Stars increased by the action of Nicky Werumeus Buning. I particularly appreciate the fact that the background is being looked at and that I have not been treated as a number. Share my mistake by not communicating with you about the outstanding invoice of a seminar that I missed due to illness. The young man I described as rude in my earlier review and used street language, also called me after my review and apologized. So all in all I feel that my complaints are being dealt with seriously, that people are listening to the students. And should I be fit enough to do a course or workshop in the future, I will definitely check out ICM again. Offer so-called training courses throughout the country. However, in the North and South they always expire and you are requested to come to Utrecht. When you say that you don't see it, you are simply dismissed rude. Also the popi street language with which the caller tries to persuade you does not suit a serious training institution.
I followed a course at ICM with a lot of theory, but also a lot of practice. Fine, professional trainers who ensure a perfect balance and good variety. Location in the middle of the country was also very nice with an extensive lunch buffet. In addition, during the preliminary phase I am provided with excellent advice and there is flexibility of the trainers when submitting assignments.
