Nice spacious rooms super friendly people and excellent breakfast. Also ideally located for cycling trips.
Just arrived, but was very delayed. The owner however had been sweet enough to let us arrive late and had set out chilled apples and cold water upon arrival. The place is so cozy it almost feels like home. Beautiful building and surrounding gardens. Very surprised by the quality. So thankful for the owners being so kind to let us arrive after midnight with a room ready for us.
Breakfast was nice, welcome and ending, not what you expect in a B&B. Rooms visually okay, yet wall insulation would not be a luxury.

Wonderfully peaceful B&B in a beautiful country setting! The hosts are friendly, the generously sized rooms are very nicely decorated, and the breakfast is amazing. De Akkerwinde is a perfect retreat, or a pleasant stop over when visiting this historic area.

We were not satisfied we had booked 3 nights and only stayed 2, the room was stale, The bathroom didn't pull, a shelf with a sink. There were spiders in the corners of the room. The breakfast also meant nothing. Where are the rooms of the photos, I wonder. We could only sleep when the neighbors above were in their beds. Or do you get a lesser room with a vivabox? It was a big disappointment. So actually 0 stars.

Top B&B Very kind people. We had a very spacious room. The breakfast is superb and very varied. We have decided to come back here in combination with the witch procession in Beselare.
