These guys are top notch. First time we had Matt, and we were so pleased we requested him for a second job, this time with Justin. They are professional, knowledgeable, reasonable with price and so efficient. They don't "milk" the clock to charge you more, which is much appreciated. I would highly recommend them to get the job done!

Chris and Justin were great. Were able to fit me in the schedule at the last minute and took care of everything on my checklist. This was the second time i used them and would highly recommend.
I definitely recommend this company. We recently had a new ceiling fan, outdoor flood light, outdoor receptacle, and new wall switch installed by them.. They also installed a GFI breaker switch for the outdoor items. All was done in a professional manner and on schedule. We were told what items we could buy ourselves to save money over the price we would have been charged if the they supplied the items, which they were willing to do. Following a brush with Hurricane Eta, the flood light and other close by electrical equipment failed to work. Although we suspected a tripped GFI breaker switch, I could not make it work. Rather than charge us for a return visit, Action's electricians were willing to talk us through the procedure over the phone at no charge, which got everything working again and saved us money.
Very fast service, showed up when they said they would. Great communication, Jon and his staff are super to work with and did a great job on my home.
My experience with contractors in SW Florida has been one scam after another. I guess someone thought it was time I got a break and that happened when John called me after I left a message on a number I found on Craig s List which connected me to Home Advisor apparently.
FYI the initial contractors I hired when I initially moved here took my money, supplies and broke pipes in the wall and sealed them back up and left. They came through Home Advisor so check references carefully so you don t end up in a house ripped apart and basically no recourse but to take them to court which is costly and time consuming. I ended up having to do the work I was capable of completing myself as I also got scammed by the second individual I hired as well.
So when my air conditioning stopped working and the switches kept shutting down in the electrical panel I was very worried having to find anther stranger to come in and troubleshoot.
When I spoke to John I felt like I had hit the trust jackpot! My repair was complicated and according to my research extremely costly. John dispatched Mike and he was here within 15 minutes. I have a degenerative disease and no longer able to continue with my career which provided a very good living for me. I now have to try and make ends meet on SS. Consequently my face grew longer as Mike explained to me what he thought the problem might be. I called John and asked if there was any way he could personally look at the job and find an affordable solution.
John was here the next morning with an associate and after reviewing the situation, it was much worse than originally thought. I felt like my world was falling apart.
At that point any other service provider would have walked away but not John and his friend Eric. Without the required repair I would have been unable to live in the house. I also had priced the job online and I simply did not have the money to pay for what was a large expensive project. John knew that.
The following morning he called me and they were back and spent the whole day working on this project completing it by the end of the day. The price he charged me I was actually able to pay and I know with the time and parts it was probably double that and quite possibly much more.
This man showed great integrity, caring and kindness to someone who has had nothing but terrible experiences with contractors since moving here a year ago. I definitely know I would not have received this kind of service and more importantly complete honesty from the twenty other electricians who called me.
In closing if you have a problem in your home you will be in excellent hands using AA Action Electric. I don t normally write reviews but during a very stressful time I felt like I had a Guardian Angel looking after me.

Customer service was super. Seamless from initial consultation to calls from the company (next day) to let us know status (permit/electric company coordination done) as well as a call day prior to installation to confirm start time. Technicians were on-time, professional and kept our area clean. We would definitely use this company again for all electrical needs.
Excellent Service! Wayne arrived on time, was very professional, and worked efficiently. Wayne replaced 2 light fixtures, 2 ceiling fans, and fixed the broken doorbell (that I asked him to look at last minute). While replacing the light fixture that I had purchased to go over the kitchen table, he discovered there wasn't enough chain, but was able to come up with a perfect solution. Definitely went above and beyond for me. I highly recommend Wayne and AA Action Electric!

I was referred to AA Action by a friend to have some fixtures in my kitchen fixed. I had Terry come out and fix all the fixtures, as well as update the others to prevent further issues. He was very nice, polite, and professional; kept to the scheduled time and efficiently worked (didn't feel like he was wasting time or rushing too much). I will absolutely call them again for any other problems I may have in the future!
