They cat call and make fun of people. Certainly not a company you want in your area if you want people to feel comfortable walking around. Disgusting.

Where do I start? In spring of this year they began work around our area of Brighton. They seemed to complete the work quickly so I ll say that in their favor. However, it s moving toward mid July and the work that was done is still largely a mess in our yard. We received a letter from RGE saying topsoil hydro seeding etc would be some but nada. They tore up parts of our lawn that were not integral to the project and did the same to our driveway. Most days they would park multiple vehicles in the driveway. Additionally, whole we were at our area s peak during the pandemic, only one guy was wearing a mask. The negative reviews of DDS aren t unfairly received. Complete unprofessionals in all but the time it takes to finish pipe work.

DDS has had our street torn up for almost 4 months and they're still not done with their work. Some days they start making noise at 6:45am and other days they don't even show up. There's been a gravel pile in the middle of our street for most of that time. It's made everything filthy. When they came into our house to change our meter they pulled up huge chunks of paint from our porch. It has been a nightmare.

Completely unprofessional and poor work. I was insulted by a bunch of rude white men who yell sexist slurs at me. I tried to report the workers to the company and received more verbal abuse over the phone. completely unacceptable

This company is working in a Vestal neighborhood with high risk individuals and not wearing masks.

Trenched through my property with no warning, blocked both my driveway and my only emergency egress.

They are currently doing work in Canandaigua and one of the workers (a taller, bigger man with an American flag hard hat and another man with a blue hard hat) were making comments (and outwardly laughing) about me as a walked by. I am a short haired 24 year old woman who feel as though I was discriminated against because I am more masculine presenting. Discrimination at is finest by these two. Don't work in your community if you can't respect your ENTIRE community.
