The Hotel is very close to the metro station which facilitates transport. Great service, clean room. Only flaw, tiny sink, sockets far from the bedside tables, small wardrobe and open shower.

Very good value for a small hotel but in a central area. Friendly staff. Only faults; no large enough shelf in the bathroom, TV channels noted differently than the guide, no refrigerator, multilingual staff who lack the Italian, despite the substantial presence.

Friendly staff, well-kept rooms, with fans, modern bathroom. The lift always takes a little while to get there. English breakfast, with e.g. Beans, eggs or sausages are available for 2 extra, but highly recommended. Good menu for the restaurant in the evening. Everything was delicious. Plates of burgers and fries are a lot and nachos should also be ordered individually. Windows can normally only be opened very little and can become very stuffy and warm in the room.
The intersection at the hotel is often used by the ambulance service, which can be a bit annoying. Lamberth North subway station, a 5-10 minute walk, was easy to reach for me. If you have further questions, please write.

The hotel is a 10-minute walk from Westminster Bridge, close to Lambeth North tube station. The reception staff was very helpful for any kind of information. The room, a double, was clean and had everything you need, large enough bathroom, large shower. The corner with kettle, cups, tea and instant coffee was not missing. For breakfast at the hotel the reception gives coupons that save two pounds on the list price.

Great location just 7 minute walk from Waterloo station. Rooms are small but we'll 2 appointed. Staff is friendly and attentive. Great pub across the street to have a pint and great Indian in the same street. would recommend and we will stay here again in on our next trip to London.

Extremely rude night receptionist.

Extremely rude night receptionist.

Snappy, on her phone, almost refused to give a room (or even to confirm availability) because a typo on the cc number had ended up cancelling the reservation.

Arriving at 2am after a wedding (not drunkenly, to be clear), being snapped at, raised voice and refusal to give any information or indication about rooms for no other reason than a bad mood..? I had to ask, after tough exchanges, if every room in the hotel of any size is taken? to be reassured my friend would have a roof. He got a room almost an hour later.

The most disgraceful, rudest night receptionist I have ever witnessed or interacted with. She was even staring at her mobile while raising her voice to us snappily, it was all like a skit - the only reason we didn t make a scene was because my friend had an early train and she just WANTED to refuse our custom, we weren t going to give her that satisfaction.

He did get a room after 1h wait in the middle of the night - with a 6am train. This review is fully deserved.

It is a quaint little hotel with well-equipped rooms and affordable prices. They have kettle in the room and they put tea, soluble coffee and milk so you can have a coffee before going out to kick London. The room was very clean, with its own bathroom, television, soap, shower gel, glasses, towels everywhere, hair dryer, etc. As a bonus, the spring beds are to change or are too bad and the TV, despite having satellite does not have Spanish channels. The area in which it is located is great, 5-10 minutes walk from Big Ben and the London Eye. On a weekend we had time to see the whole center and the market of Camden and everything walking from the hotel.

Hotel very comfortable. Very nice, comfortable and clean rooms. The location is excellent and there are also several bus lines that take you anywhere in London. The breakfast buffet is quite complete and the staff's attention is very good ... during my stay none spoke Spanish ... they put their will as we do. It is silent and the relationship between price and quality is fair. I would choose it again.

I'm writing this at 0130 in the morning. I'm letting you all know that so you can understand where I'm coming from, and maybe you all will put yourself in my position when deciding to book a hotel. It's the year 2017. A.C. was invented in 1902. There's no reason you guys, or any hotel, shouldn't have it standard in all the rooms. There's no air flow and the room is warm. I can't relax because of it and that sucks after being out and about all day. Only one of the two windows open, and it opens like four inches. Are you serious? How am I suppose to cool myself at all?
If you're not going to get a portable a.c. for each room, then at least get better fans for the room. I've been to one other hotel in Europe that didn't have a.c. and it also had this same crappy model of fan. I can't be the only person who feels this way...
Parking on site is 20 pounds a day. It's kind of funny to me how everything costs something here. I was going to walk through a garden in Bath, but it cost a pound seven to do so. I didn't do it on principle of how stupid that is. What's the deal with the 7 pence added on? Make it a flat pound you jerks. I'm mentioning this because london has a congestion charge during the week, and you'll be fined 135 pound if you don't know about it. You guys should tax looking at the birds while you're at it. I know this has nothing to do with the hotel, but this is my outlet right now, and I'm trying to save an unsuspecting traveler the heartache.
The room's fine other than that, I suppose. The bed is okay the bathroom is good. No complaints there.
Some jag weed drove by just now on a dirt bike or something and it was stupid loud. Another reason why having the window open at night sucks. We're right next to the road.
The staff is nice. Good job there. I guess that's not really a selling point because you will undoubtedly have different staff during your visit. It's in a good position to the city center to take the bus. I probably wouldn't return here is what I'm getting at, but it's fine enough if you're looking for a place to stay and don't care that your wife is roughly 100 degrees F and you're sharing a bed that is probably good sized, but doesn't feel that way at the moment.

Spacious, clean room and comfortable bed. Very welcoming staff, whether the boss or the cleaning ladies. Hot water always available for the shower.
Close to supermarkets, metro station and tourist attractions.
We did not have lunch at the hotel.

Stayed at the Hotel days for one night to attend a work event nearby. The hotel was clean and the open plan lobby was nice. Slightly confusing as to where the check desk was as it is just a table in the middle of the lobby. The staff were helpful and friendly. The rooms are spacious and well kept. Breakfast was good and catered for everyone. Overall a good hotel in London for business.

Good location, short walk away from Lambeth Bridge and Parliament. Prices OK but feels a bit shabby and lacks the service and ambience of good hotels. However OK for the price given the location.

Simple hotel, clean and tidy. Nice and close to all famous places in London. Room with 2 x 1 person was fine because the beds are not next to each other but in the longitudinal direction, with the foot end with space against each other, so if you are not partners you have as little trouble as possible from each other, this is room 515.
Full English breakfast was good, dining room is a bit small and can be busy, just as well.

I was hosted from 12/01 until 12/07.
The room is a good size, but the wardrobe is very small. I was there during the cold period and it was only possible to hang 2 coats. In addition to the wardrobe there are also some drawers, but you can't put your coats there.
The bathroom looks quite new, but it was poorly designed. In the room I stayed in, the box was on the corner with a door that opens outwards, but the way they put it, I had to squeeze myself near the toilet to open the door, so I confess I didn't think it was practical.
There is also a kettle, coffee facilities and bathroom facilities. There is also an ice machine in the hotel lobby, which helped a lot.
The bed was in good condition, only the pillow, which for my particular taste was too high, which made my neck ache.
There is no safe in the room.
I can't complain about the cleanliness of the room either.
The staff were always friendly when I needed to, but I spoke very little to them.
I didn't have breakfast at the hotel because I thought it was too expensive.
The location of the hotel is great, very close to metro stations, markets, bars, restaurants and tourist attractions.
I would return to stay there.

It is what it is and for what you pay, you get good value for money. Room is clean, hotel is close to the metro, staff is nice and let you check in early. You get complimentary coffee and tea, breakfast is good. Even though the entrance area and outside looks a little run down, I would definitely recommend.
