Arrived at appointed time; introduced themselves and went over what they would inspect in a "panel and safety inspection". Reviewed results of said inspection and a list of the projects I wanted done; then provided a cost estimates (depending on what I wanted to add from their 'panel and safety inspection).
Work was completed in a very timely manner.

On time - early in fact. Jason is a nice guy, listened to my problem, suggested a couple of possible reasons I was having the problem and then did a test. Based on his test he said we needed to replace the light. Now it works and I am happy! I appreciate his communication and work. Highly recommend Dawson Electric and Jason (and Travis of course).
I called with two small issues at 8:30am, and they were there by 9:30! Not only that but I kept adding little things as we walked through the house. Our tech was patient, kind, and very professional. Great experience will call them again when we need them!
