Amy, the office receptionist and troubleshooter at 4815 Coyle Rd. is a marvel. She is always so gracious and welcoming and makes every request a priority. She has made living here pure joy with her professionalism and efficiency. Cannot praise her enough!!! Sharon Bristol, 4815 Coyle, 404.

Due to a rejection of my application, I reached out to the Screening Company to find out why my application was rejected. They explained that I had a "severe level of charge -offs. After reviewing the report there were 3 chargeoffs on record, all of which had been paid off. They told me that the rental criteria was set by the Management office and to speak with them for explanation. I contacted both the property and the management office and no one seems to be able to explain what the rental criteria is. I offered to pay double security deposit but the application was still denied. My suggestion is to review your credit report before spending money on application because if you have ANY charge to losses, you will be denied.

RUN. St. Charles at Olde is the worst. I ve been living at this community for 3yrs. It has Diminished a great deal since I moved in. The new management professionalism is PISS POOR. I regret renewing my lease in September 2020. If your thinking of moving here don t do it

Horrible company that couldn t care less about their tenants and resolving legal and safety issues. Avoid working with this company at all costs!!

Don't let the semi fancy website and corporate building fool you. This management company is barely worth half a mil and almost everyone is extremely rude and unprofessional. I lived at their St. Charles property for some time and ended up terminating my lease early, which was a huge hassle. Trust the negative reviews and steer clear of these people.

Although there were hiccups with my move and at the very last minute had to be reassigned to a new apartment things actually worked out for the best. Chayman, Leasing Agent, was patient as I went back and forth about moving in. Mr George, Porter, deep cleaned my apartment right before I moved in. He even came passed when I was moving in to make sure it was up to my standards. I have not seen any bugs or mice since I been here. Ms. Leslie, I have been a pain to, has been really helpful with whatever maintenance request I have. Although I m not the only person she deal with day to day she still remain professional. Even the maintenance guy, Julio, was helpful with making sure things were to my liking. I appreciate everyone that I came in contact with. So far everyone has been attentive and helpful to making sure I am comfortable in my new home.
