I want to give an exceptional review to H Pascoal and E Mendoza. We had an unexpected problem with windows and 90% of our computers were down. They immediately identified the problem and stayed on the issue until we were back up and running at full capacity. They were extremely professional and have extensive up to date knowledge of software. Much appreciation!

I want to say how great Jason Kelsy was with me ! I must of snuck in his queue seeming how they closed at 6pm and I got connected right at 5:50 pm . He was not upset or rushing the call and was on the phone for a whole 1hr 1/2 until he fixed my problem. He was very polite patient and relaxed the whole time. He should be recognized!!! Not a lot of people out there that love their job take the time to fix the problem and never the less be so polite and out going ! Thanks again Jason !

Michael Foree is the BEST!!! He is always there for me. He is very kind and understanding. He fixes anything and if he struggles he makes sure it is taken care of very promptly. I hope I never have to use anyone but him for my questions. Thanks Michael for all you do!!!!!!!
