Kristina Cevallos, Sales Manager, was wonderful, efficient, and even remembered me from two years ago! My husband and I were engaged for two years when I initially purchased my wedding dress. My mother and half my bridesmaids needed to exchange their dress sizes by the time we were ready to exchange vows. Ms. Cevallos made the process easy and her colleagues made us feel right at home. I visited David s Bridal on West Sunrise Blvd and was assisted by Diane Richardson she was amazing!!!!!! With her help I found the dress of my dreams, she was very professional and knowledgeable she was able to recognize my dislikes and likes immediately and she by doing that she was able to fulfill my request. My dress need alterations and I was leaving the country the next day so Teododia Mejia the alterations manager, she stepped in and with her astounding customer service made my request a reality she meticulously mended my dress and added the finishing touches on my dream gown... thank you ladies you guys truly are the gems of David s Bridal!!!!!!!!

I came into here 3 different times. The first time I came I explained to the lady helping me that I had 6 girls and all were shaped different. The second time I came in 2 girls came to purchase their dresses again I explained to the lady that I had 4 more girls coming at a later date and were all shaped different. The last trip comes; after all the girls try on and needing bigger sizes because the dresses run very small I get told that special orders take up to 17 weeks. That 17 weeks is way past the date I need the dresses by. There are no refunds so the purchases that were already made I'm stuck with and I have 4 girls without dresses. They should have informed me the first go round about special orders so I could have made sure there was enough time to get the dresses I needed.

Great customer service! Claudia is a great to go to stylist. She was professional and patient with my requests. I didn't say yes to a dress but I will def come back for the bridal dresses.

Pilar is awesome! Me and my mum came in last Saturday and looked around. Tried on some dresses. We came back in today to try on a few more outfits again and Pilar was so helpful! With her assistance, we were able to find dresses for my brother s wedding in no time! Thanks Pilar!

Went in to get my dress altered and the service was awesome the lady treated me as if she known me for years very nice and very professional

I was able to have my bridesmaid try on all the dresses that I put on my wish list. We were able to find her size and purchase after trying them on all in under 35 min or so. I'm not sure how to spell her name but Jolessa (she's from Trinidad) was not overly friendly or fake like some of the others from other locations, she kept it real with us didn't try to give us dresses that we didn't want and she wasn't pushy. She was great, first time having a David's bridal employee like her to work with! Thank you so much!!

I went today with three of my bridesmaids and my best friends mom, our experience in the beginning was not that great but then Julissa stepped in and made it a perfect day. She was more than helpful and so funny. She went out of her way to help us and take care of what we wanted/needed. She is seriously amazing. A few of the girls were so good too. I think her name was Claudia (?) she was an absolute pleasure as well. I will personally be returning to work with Julissa. LOVE YOU GIRL!!

Ana was truly amazing!!!! With only having a little over a month for a new dress with all of the China delays, you can only imagine the stress and now even more reduced budget. She knew exactly what dresses would fit my body style, situation and budget. Was super helpful and knowledgeable. Great experience!

If I could give 0 stars I would. First let me say, I ve been to this David s bridal before a couple of years ago and was treated fine. Today my best friend and I went in to this location to search for bridal and bridesmaids gowns. The moment we walked in no one greeted us. We waited around 30 minutes and started looking at dresses ourselves because no one assisted us. My friend is getting married in a couple of months so it s crunch time for us. We found 3 dresses and went to a room to try on. A girl from the front desk came up to us and literally kicked us out the store because we decided to help ourselves. She stated they were busy and couldn t help us and for us to leave the dresses and make an appointment. It was very distasteful and rude! All the times I ve been here I ve never had an appointment and for someone to randomly walk up to us and kick us out is over the line. I will never come here again and I ll make sure none of my friends visit this place either if this is how terrible the customer service is that the employees provide. Training is a must!

Where to begin! HANNAH WAS AMAZING! She had me utilize the favoriting through the website and pulled all my favorites plus some. She made this experience easy from the start and ensured all my needs. She pulled the dresses and my MOH aKa sister helped me into them all and Hannah clipped me in. She listened to every want and somehow managed to mix that all into my dream dress that she picked out. Straight from a fairy tale and she was a fairy godmother! She made my experience fun and easy. Once the ONE was chosen she gave it the show it needed with tears and all. She even went as far as completing my look with a veil and band and added a headpiece that I never knew I wanted! I m so thankful for her and David s bridal! She certainly loves her job and it shows with how happy she makes us brides and our family s! Thank you Hannah from the bottom of my heart! I knew she was the best stylist when she shared her love of Disney! Go here and ask for Hannah and find your dream dress like I found mine!

I came for a dress fitting. The front staff was a bit disorganized. I had to get their attention a few times. My seamstress was very attentive. She made sure I was comfortable in the dress.
The surroundings(grass,etc) look unkempt.

It's funny David's Bridal was the last place I thought I'd find my, "perfect dress". I don't know why they have such a bad reputation. I was very reluctant to go but my consultant Barbi made it worth the while and I left saying "YES TO THE DRESS".

Uh it was such a busy day at the store when I went and i was completely overwhelmed with trying to find bridesmaid dresses for my girlfriends. But ,Gina was just the sweetest and most patient lady I've ever met and we were a handful. Even though ,we didn't get anything. She was absolutely great and made sure we were taken care of ,her patience is unmatched and she is an absolute sweetie .

I had a great time today! I was late to my appointment but from the moment I called to let them know; the staff was gracious and accommodating. The greeting staff was friendly and efficient. Omgoodness I don t even know where to start Julissa is amazing!!! She really knows what she is doing and takes everyone styles and works her magic! I love her and she did such an incredible job with us bridesmaids. I will definitely come back for my wedding dress!

Yesterday was my first visit and I didn't choose a dress yet so I can't say anything about the ordering process/alterations etc... But, I will certainly order from here once I make up my mind. The whole staff was very nice and Rhonda was excellent. She took her time, listened, and presented me with so many beautiful options I couldn't pick one. Went to 2 places after this one and this was head and shoulders above the rest.

Due to Covid my plans of a huge wedding got shut down. My mom decided that we were going to get a special dress so even though my weddings going to be small I would have a beautiful dress for that day! After searching around, I found out the sunrise David s bridal had the dress I was interested. From the start of the appointment the employees went above and beyond to make me feel beautiful confident and happy! I can t thank them enough for everything they did for me! This was were I got my prom dress so it was really special everything coming full circle! Thank you again for making my day perfect!

I was very nervous for my first time trying on wedding dress with my wedding only 4 months away. I was nervous about my small budget, self conscious about my body and etc. My Mom and I were greeted by Michelle, she took such great care of us. We explained the concept of the wedding and she picked absolute perfect dresses. She had shoes for me and a corset to help me get a better feel of how everything would be on the day of the wedding. She made me feel beautiful and completely relaxed. With such great service it wasnt hard to find my perfect dress!! I would absolutely recommend her to everyone I know that is getting married.

Went in for my second fitting and to my surprise my dress was never taken in (wedding is now in 8 days). Teo came into my dressing room and saved the day!! Told me she would stay late to fix the dress and come in tomorrow. Came back the next day and the dress fit like a glove!

I've had some good and some okay appointments here for various dresses. Come in with an idea of what you want or you'll probably leave empty handed since the staff doesn't tend to help make suggestions. This isn't a bad thing if that's how you like to shop, but I know not everyone is like that.

I bought my wedding gown back in November of 2017. I worked with Claudia, who helped me find the dress of my dreams. Before I'd even seen myself in the mirror, she knew it was the right one. When I looked in the mirror, Claudia and I cried together, tears of joy! She was such a pleasure to work with, and my dream dress just happened to be on clearance, so I got a great price!

I was lucky enough to work with Claudia again this past weekend to pick out a dress for my MOH. Again, Claudia was a pleasure to work with. She remembered me from November and we reminisced about how we cried that day! LOL She was very cognizant of my MOH's preferences and needs, and worked with us to narrow things down to two dresses.

I'll be meeting with Claudia again next week to find a dress for my other bridesmaid (my lil sis). I'm sure I'll have another wonderful experience with Claudia again! :)

I visited the Sunrise store today, I ve been here a couple of times but today was the first time I actually tried dresses on. Even though I left without my wedding dress it was a great experience. Miss Elena was amazing! Very friendly and just welcoming. I was feeling so overwhelmed but she took her time with me. I ve gained quite a few pounds didn t feel too comfy in certain dresses but she was so kind and told me to take my time because it s my wedding and I ll know it s the one once I find it.

I have been to other David's Bridal Shops and not been to happy, this was not the case at the Sunrise location yesterday. I meet with Saouso. She was amazing, she listened to me and really helped me find a dress I liked.

My stylist was not the best. Made my experience horrible.

Friendly and clean location. Mirna in alterations is so sweet and made me feel very comfortable.

I am writing about my experience at your store David s bridal in sunrise FL. At first entering we were not greeted. And our consultant Adriana was new and had no knowledge of the inventory and did not want to measure me. She asked us to picks dress and she will get my size to try on. I am a plus size woman and I told her my range of size I am. She would come back and ask if I wanted to start trying on and she said she pulled the dresses already. When I got to the dressing room
None of the dresses I chose were in my
Dressing room. She then admitted to me there were none in my size to try on she she took it upon herself to get dresses in my size to try on. I was mortified and embarrassed. I became emotional and I felt completely discriminated against because of my size. She picked dresses that were horrific and made me feel really disgusting because I was asking for larger sizes. I would like retribution for this service or I will have to seek legal counsel about the discrimination. I am sorely disappointed in this company they say every dress for everyone. It s one dresses for just some or none. Totally aweful.

I had the best experience at David s Bridal in Ft Lauderdale finding my dress! I was on a tight time schedule and Diane worked with me and was so courteous! Would highly recommend. Can t wait to get my dress in the mail!!!

I purchase my dress at the store in Sunrise for a wedding in Dallas Texas. Had a great experience with Yasmine. She helped me get fitted for my dress with my alterations. She always had a smile on her face. Excellent customer service . Charmaine was also very helpful for my finally fitting. I was a little nervous going wedding dress shopping for the first time at 39 years old. But from the moment I walked through the door at David s Bridal in Sunrise,FL everyone there made me feel welcome and comfortable. Hannah helped me find my perfect dream dress and at the price point I was looking for. She was very patient and completely understanding. She guided me the whole way and in the end I walked out of there perfectly satisfied. And I m not always easy to please. I would highly recommend making an appointment before you go and ask for Hannah she s the best!

I have been to other David's Bridals and when I say none compares to the service at this location. Jen was amazing!! So warm and welcoming. Went over and beyond to ensure we found exactly the bridesmaid dress we were looking for. Gave her honest opinion on every one especially the ones that were more flattering for our shape. Even brought shape wear so I could properly decide. Took pictures for us so we could see. Wish we could take her with us when we go shopping for the brides dress in England!! Will never go to another David's Bridal and will always ask for Jen!

I was well received when i walked in good costumer service" but they assigned someone to help, the girl was not much help i guess because i was having a simple wedding and not spending over $500 dollars. So i left the store unhappy went to camille la vie in saw grass beautiful wedding & formal dresses. There i was helped much better and the girls were very nice & helpful and didn't have an appointment.
.so i bought my dress and was happy.

Wonderful Management at this location (Kristina)! Krystin had helped me find the perfect dress and knew who I was every time when I walked in the door. I had a wonderful experience with Mirna in alternations. She made the experience so special! Also, Darell working as the cashier found my mom the dress she was looking for to walk me down the isle. It has been a great experience overall!

I had a really great experience during a bridal appointment with Ana. I went in to look at dresses for a courthouse wedding, so my budget is quite low and what I was looking for pretty specific. I really didn t think it would be helpful, but it actually really was. Ana was really personable and helpful and made me feel like my needs were just as important as if I were purchasing a more expensive dress. I would recommend this store for brides looking for a dress at all budgets!

I met my consultant, Claudia for my appointment. She was very polite and extremely helpful. She listened to everything I said and pulled dresses according to my likes. By the end of my fitting we found I dress that I love. Try to get Claudia, she will not disappoint you..

I went there for my best friend's bridesmaid dresses picks. The dresses picked were not my favorite (sorry bestfriend) but the staff was repeatedly super helpful, professional, & acomodating. Just prior to my appointment I got friendly reminders that were not annoying but helpful (one call before the day of and a text few days prior). I was late in ordering my final selection, so i called twice for the style codes my bride had picked, since I hadn't found the right one the previous appointment. Despite being busy, they patiently assisted me twice (Rhonda & Brittany @ the 33351 location). I was able to take my time, look at them online and they even helped me by telling me which ones to choose from that would take the fastest to make (it was cut to order color) so that I would have a dress that I felt comfortable with in time.

I arrived for my appointment with my girls to pick out their dresses. The attendant come over to us and asked "Are we waiting for the Bride?" I said no i'm here. She looked at me up & down and said "Your the bride?" I said yes. This was not a good start.
We walked over to the color wall and she asked what colors I wanted even though I brought samples from David's Bridal. She insisted on finding the colors on the wall. We discussed the style that I wanted while we waited for the rest of my party to arrive. We asked if the dresses can be altered to add a pocket? One of the girls needs a pocket for a small medical pump. She said "Oh NOO these can be altered to add pockets. If you want a pocket you need to buy a Vera Wang dress" I asked if we could talk to a seamstress? Apparently they were too busy to answer a simple question that she wouldn't even ask. I made sure to pick styles that came in the Rose Gold Metallic. She said that the color wasn't offered even though I brought the sample. Moving pass that, while the girls where trying on dresses, one of my girls found different style dresses. While we were looking at them, the attendant came over and said "These are new and very expensive, I wouldn't look at these". We ignored her and kept looking. She says "These are made by Oleg Cassini. Do you know who Oleg Cassini is?" (In a very condescending tone) I looked at her and said "I know who he is and my dress is by Oleg Cassini" She then said "Oh well these would be perfect then" and reminded how expensive they were. To clarify the dress we were looking at ranged in price from 149.95 - 179.95 these dresses were 189.95! I think we can afford it THANKS. It ended up not working for other reasons. We finally decided on a dress that worked for everyone. We went over the sizes and colors. She again said the color I wanted was not available. I showed her on my phone that it was. Again, she was insistent that I was wrong. I was completely annoyed. One of my girls lives over an hour away and asked if she can order it in WPB and she seemed to get annoy. We ended up leaving and not ordering any dresses. The girls are going to either order it online or go to another shop.
Later, we went online and found out that the same dress has a different item number for the Metallic dresses and reg colors. You would think the she would have know that.
I Purchased my Wedding dress at the Hialeah store. They were very helpful and much much more polite. I would not suggest going to this store. I would recommend David's Bridal just not in Sunrise.

I know she was trying to make a sale and I don't hold that against her. I felt very awkward and irritated by the way we were spoken to. Maybe she felt that we wasted her time? I don't know. I have another appointment for next week for the maid of honor. We are canceling it and going to Hialeah.

Ps. My dress wasn't available to try on in my size at this store even though it was in Hialeah. So if you live in Broward/Dade and need larger sizes than the cookie cuter size, go to Hialeah.

Salesclerk Danah found me the perfect Mother of the Groom Gown! She was very professional and patient. The Alterations Department shortened the gown beautifully. A very pleasant experience.

I walked into David s Bridal unsure if I would walk out with my dream dress ordered. As a bride to be this is the most crucial moment. From start to finish Julissa was absolutely amazing. Went in for my first bridal appointment, before going I made a profile on the website and selected a few of my favorites. Once I got there my stylist Diane already had my favorites picked out and ready for me to try on. This made the process go much smoother and faster. The third dress I tried on was the one for me. Diane was very helpful, experienced, and patient with my guests and I. Very happy to have her as my stylist! Everyone in the shop was so friendly and kind!

I had a wonderful experience krystin help me tremendously. She took the time to help me find the dress of my dreams. Definitely would recommend this David bridal to anyone.
