I would highly recommend Heather Hoover as a family law lawyer. I felt she had a very wise handle on representing my case both when meeting in office, as well as her presentation of my case before the judge. I heavily researched and hired Heather Hoover for an extremely tumultuous and complicated custody case involving multiple parties. Along the year long battle Heather went above and beyond in her representation of my case. The other parties involved were not reasonable and Heather never quavered or gave in. She was always straight forward with me, my case had no precedent or case law to rely on and if there was an area she was unsure of she informed me truthfully and did very diligent research. She was always right on top of any issue that arose, and there were many. My case went to trial after almost a year, despite Heathers many reasonable and fair offers and suggestions to opposing, and after one day of the 3 scheduled, the other party came to agreement with my terms and ended their opposition. There were many times I was nervous or lost and Heather was always informative and factual with the information I was confused about. I would highly recommend Heather and her team, it s a very confusing and intimidating process, and it s an amazing relief to have such a confident and brilliant attorney by your side.

I never spoke with an attorney but the front desk woman I spoke with was incredibly rude. She gave me legal advice that countered previous counsel I received and had the audacity to question whether or not I could afford an attorney with zero information about me or my financial status. I gave her no reason to treat me poorly. I should hope this is a one off experience and she treats future callers with more politeness and respect.

Heather Hoover represented my husband. She did an amazing job. Whenever we had questions, she was always there to answer them. She was always very professional as well as kind and compassionate. I met with Robbie Wright to discuss legal advice. Robbie was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, however that wasn t what prompted me to give a 5 star review. In my time working with an attorney at this company by the name of Dalton J. Reynolds, I have had only the most positive experience in what is otherwise a very tough time.

The 1st thing I would like to say is WOW! I contacted Heather over 2 years ago from North Carolina and opened a custody case against my abusive and neglectful ex-wife who then lived in Spokane. Heather was very helpful and very creative in her approach to the case. She never gave me empty promises and was always very straight forward. Her assistant Elizabeth was always very thoughtful and pleasant to work with. What an amazing person.

Over the 2 years we worked together we would make small victories that brought us closer to the main goals in our case. She was amazing with the Commissioners and Judges. She knew exactly what to say and the way she said it was wonderful. I have nothing but good things to say. They always worked with me and made sure our case was moving forward. I believe they really cared about me and my son and my case.

When there was an emergency in my case they dropped everything they had going on and focused solely on my sons safety and needs and got right to work helping solve the issues as fast as they could. This is a lengthy review, to cut to the chase let me start by giving my highest recommendation to David J Crouse and Associates for their dedication and determination!

I had the pleasure of working with Ms. Heather Hoover and Legal Assistant Ms. Elizabeth Petrik. I live out of state and needed their assistance in getting custody of my two amazing children who were in a home that wasn t providing to their most basic needs.

I was raised to believe the outcome for a father seeking custody of his children was bleak at best. My wife and I spent too long debating whether or not we had a case and couldn t imagine not taking action anymore, after all, my children's success and happiness in life is a deathbed moment for us. I was unsure of my rights and if I could even get the courts to agree to a major modification, as they are very difficult without the knowledge of a good attorney and good cause for modification.

Ms. Hoover, however, quickly enlightened me to the possible results for my case. Every question I posed to her was responded to without hesitation (this no doubt eased my worrisome mind throughout the process). She is strong and passionate about her work, her knowledge of the law is truly vast. I remember being on a conference call during mediation and the mediator gave me doubts on some of the issues at hand. Ms. Hoover believed the mediator to be incorrect and brought my worries to resolve (just so you know, she was correct).

Not only does Ms. Hoover have a strong understanding of the law, but she also knows the local law community. From mediators to guardian ad litem to commissioners to judges and fellow attorneys. Her knowledge and large social law circle gives her an immense advantage over any other attorney in my opinion. She knows the right people to help YOUR specific situation.

An integral part of the team, Ms. Petrik is wonderful. She always took the time to answer my questions, no matter how many of them I emailed to her and her knowledge of the law is outstanding. I honestly felt like I was talking to a concerned friend on the phone, a friend who would not only here my issues, but was also able to get me back on the right track. During the process she helped solidify my belief that I was doing what was right, even if it was the harder path to walk. Ms. Petrik is fantastic at her job and I believe Ms. Hoover couldn t have better support. These two are an unstoppable team!

From the first moment we talked on the phone, they were on my side. I felt like all the issues that brought me to them were finally validated. I finally felt like my children might have a chance in this world to be their very best. How could I ever thank them enough?!

Being thousands of miles away during the process was a big concern for me. I felt I wanted to be able to represent myself by being present at all the proceedings, to be able to show my sincerity in my concern for my children. I would not trust anyone else, except Ms. Hoover and Ms. Petrik to represent me, my interests and the safety/well-being of my children. Thank you for your drive, for standing up for my family, you excel at your professions!

I no longer have to wish I would have tried to fight for my children, they are with me now and thanks to the team at David Crouse and Associates, with my last breaths, I ll know I did everything I could for my children! I would recommend Heather Hoover with my personal litigation matters. Heather is experienced, compassionate, and she deals with each individual on a personal level. When I started my divorce, I met with 4 different law firms, I did not like the first 3, they had poor attitudes and could tell they were just in it for the money. When I met with Robert Wright at David Crouse & Associates, I knew right away, I wanted him to represent me through the process. He did not disappoint either, he was amazing, a really great guy, and did an outstanding job. My divorce was rather messy and a lot of hours and work was put in to settle it. I can not recommend Rob and his legal assistants, Shyelle and Elizabeth, enough. I am very thankful for the work they did on my case and the ultimate outcome.

Do NOT hire Alison Erickson for a case. She is not a good attorney. All she will do is the bare minimum amount and take your money

David Crouse is very thorough attorney. He is always professional, and maintains a perfect balance of patience, courtesy, and persistence regardless of the situation.
