I never spoke with an attorney but the front desk woman I spoke with was incredibly rude. She gave me legal advice that countered previous counsel I received and had the audacity to question whether or not I could afford an attorney with zero information about me or my financial status. I gave her no reason to treat me poorly. I should hope this is a one off experience and she treats future callers with more politeness and respect.
