I have the One-X headsets, and absolutely love them. I sold my Bose headsets after I needed them repaired, and my pilot friends told me about the outstanding customer service offered by David Clark Company, and decided to upgrade. I figure the Clarks offer a 5 year warranty vs 2 years at Bose, are made in the USA, better customer service, and $300 less. As an added bonus, they are also a better headset. I find the ANR and the passive noise reduction to be better. The ANR, when it turns on, the best way I can describe it is as a vacuum of silence.

I have had a pair of their hearing protectors for over 35 years. Though they have made comfort improvements they have not started saving money on using junk parts. I have purchased other types from box stores but these are by far the best of the ones I have tried. I live close to the factory and they also have great customer service.

I fly commercial jet aircraft with a major airline and have enjoyed my DC Pro-X headsets for many years. Whenever I run across a pilot looking for a new headset I advise them to "stop looking" and buy these headsets. They can be worn all day without any discomfort. The noise cancellation audio quality and the quality of construction is outstanding. This is only surpassed by the outstanding support DC provides. Twice I've reached out to customer service with issues: 1) I caused, bending the mic jack as a result of opening the aircraft window, and 2) ear pad replacement from normal wear and tear. Both issues were handled by the DC customer service team beyond my expectations. I'll continue to be a loyal customer and will encourage others' to be as well. Thanks DC team!

Sent my DC-ONE-X For repair. Customer service was excellent and friendly. The repairs took a little longer than expected however the work done was A++. Definitely happy with the service.

Stopped by to see if they could repair my DC Pro X...

Stopped by to see if they could repair my DC Pro X headset while I was briefly in town for business. Was immediately greeted by Joanne, a customer service rep. Both her and the security guard couldn t be more friendly and helpful. Less than 2 hours later my headset was fixed and updated. Haven t experienced this kind of customer service in a long time and proudly supporting this American business!

Simply put, there is no customer service in any industry that compares to David Clark. Fantastic experience! Ms. Nissen is welcoming and beyond professional. I wouldn t trade my David Clark s for anything!
