I am Thomas Guillen, 61 year old on disability.. i have been shopping on facebook.for a month for a good truck on facebook market place

I saw a ford Ranger that looked to be a good deal. It was marked down from $4500 to $2900
i sent a text asking about the engine and if there were any issues with the truck. I told him i need one to move with in the near future. He said there were no issues it ran fine. I said, i got $ 2200
He said that a guy was going to go there in a while with $2500 he would let me know if the guy didnt work out.
The ad said it was a good running truck with no issues.
He asked if i could go there and have the 2200.
I spent a hundred for things i had to have gas for one thing. So i got there and he has the truck asked about the 2200 i had 2189 cuz i bought gas for my ride there. Explained that asked if i could give h 2100 hr said definitely no.
So i asked if i could have the 9 bucks for gas to get it home .
I i look inside the cab to see if check engine warning light was on . it was not on. I handed him the 2180 and went to his house and he wrote a bill of sale for the truck on scratch paper.

He said the truck had a lean on it and he sent for the title it would take two weeks.
He bought the property with several vehicles on the property and was selling them without a dealers license on fb circumventing the dmv policies .
He didnt have lean paper or copies and or smog cert and pink registration. It had not been registered in 5 years

i asked about that he said it was non op. He didnt know. He just lied about that too
. I was driving home realizing the check light came on the headlight didnt work and it s a sure thing he tricked me.
So i asked if i could return it because of all the issues and was willing to give him $300 for his troubles.

He said it would cost me $1000 to return the truck.
I tried to reason with him he said its my fault and
no less than $800 i told him mo way i could afford those issues
and he said to meet him half way from way up by julian .
I live in chula vista. I told i had to wait til morning cuz the headlight didn't work .
Gave me the address to meet at 7:00 am. didnt get out of town before the engine blew.
I. I told him about it and asked if he could send a tow truck with the money he was returning . He said it my fault i blew up the engine when i was supposed to be returning it and he was too busy woking and it s my problem .

It had no registration no title or anything proving it was mine and about to get impounded im sure.
He had no legal right to even sell a car that was not yet his.
He never put a lean on it or try to get the title . Ive checked 4 check vin websites all say no lean
He didn't have any compassion about me being a senior on a fixed income and he is well off wouldnt refund my money that he got for a truck that was left on his property that he lied about it and ots condition .
He lost nothing if he refunded my money .
Illegally sold me a truck that was not legally his and frauded me out of my life savings

He is not a trust worthy person and is shady in his dealing and guilty of fraud .
And i challenge him to prove libel or defermation of his bad charactor
. He committed fraud to to get my money from. Me a senior citizen om a fixed income to get $2200

when hes very well of and to took avantage of the underprivileged
what a scumbag! Dont trust him .
I can verify all of this with texted messages that we had . Just ask and i will send all of it.
Hes very ugly inside beware i trusted him cuz he seemed like a good. Guy
i would let it go if i thought he was just desperate and needed money . But he did it because hes a sociopath abd narcissist

Dave Suda Landscape is a great company. We have used Dave's services several times and are happy to report he (and his employees) are very professional. We have had sprinklers repaired, our Smart timer checked and reprogrammed, along with landscape work complete in the front. Every job was completed within the time and price quoted. Dave was also nice enough to come back when I had a question about another problem and he fixed it for free. It's refreshing to find a family owned company that remembers how to treat their customers.

In the fall of 2018, we had a major section of our residential landscape redeveloped and mode rnized by Dave Suda Landscape, Inc. I contacted Dave Suda in September and requested an estimate. Dave, along with his landscape architect, Viva Emery, came to my home and did a thorough check of the existing plants, trees and irrigation system.
A couple of weeks later, they returned with a detailed estimate and a preliminary landscape plan. They carefully went over each and every item on the design and cheerfully made any changes we requested. Their suggestions to modify our current irrigation system and their choices of plants and ground cover showed that they had listened to our concept of what we were looking for in a landscape renovation. Upon our approval, the final design was established and we were given a start and end date.
Throughout the entire project, Mr. Suda, Ms. Emery and the entire Suda Landscape crew were prompt and efficient. They readily answered any questions we might have regarding the demo and construction with competence and respect.
We are quite happy with what they accomplished and look forward to watching everything grow and flourish in the months ahead. To some, their pricing may see m a little high in comparison to other landscape companies, but as they say, "you get what you pay for." Looking at our yard now, we believe we got our money's worth.

After receiving a code violation and researching Landscape companies, I choose Dave Suda Landscape. One of the best decision I have every made. They go out of their way to answer all questions. They are very professional, and very easy to work with. They do what they say, show up on time, and clean up is so professional that you will not even know they were there. My project was very large and I am so happy with this company.

Dave Suda and his team did an amazing job on our landscape project in early 2018. In the beginning we worked with Viva, his design consultant. She was so friendly and full of great ideas. She was very considerate in accommodating my work schedule for our design meetings. We had a pretty big job that included a lot of hardscape and fencing as well as landscape. The workers came on time every day, were professional and considerate and always cleaned up at the end of the day. Dave's brother, John, is an expert in all things irrigation and was so helpful. They were very responsive to our input and brought the project in on time and right on budget. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a professional team from beginning to end.
