In the fall of 2018, we had a major section of our residential landscape redeveloped and mode rnized by Dave Suda Landscape, Inc. I contacted Dave Suda in September and requested an estimate. Dave, along with his landscape architect, Viva Emery, came to my home and did a thorough check of the existing plants, trees and irrigation system.
A couple of weeks later, they returned with a detailed estimate and a preliminary landscape plan. They carefully went over each and every item on the design and cheerfully made any changes we requested. Their suggestions to modify our current irrigation system and their choices of plants and ground cover showed that they had listened to our concept of what we were looking for in a landscape renovation. Upon our approval, the final design was established and we were given a start and end date.
Throughout the entire project, Mr. Suda, Ms. Emery and the entire Suda Landscape crew were prompt and efficient. They readily answered any questions we might have regarding the demo and construction with competence and respect.
We are quite happy with what they accomplished and look forward to watching everything grow and flourish in the months ahead. To some, their pricing may see m a little high in comparison to other landscape companies, but as they say, "you get what you pay for." Looking at our yard now, we believe we got our money's worth.
